For your safety and the security of the property, we have installed two outdoor security cameras—one at the front entrance and one at the pool area.
These cameras are in place to monitor and ensure the well-being of our guests and the property.
Pool Access:
All guests are required to sign a pool waiver before accessing the pool area.
The pool waiver outlines important safety guidelines and ensures that everyone enjoys the pool responsibly.
Camera Policy:
Please be aware that touching or tampering with the security cameras is strictly prohibited.
A $200 re-balancing fee will be applied for any interference with the cameras.
Privacy Assurance:
Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance. The cameras are strategically placed to avoid any intrusion into private spaces.
Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the Airbnb app after booking is confirmed.
