Saltwater Pool & Spa heating can be arranged:
Pool - $100 per day (Pool heating may take up to 24 hours to reach set temperature)
Spa/Hot Tub/Jacuzzi - $50 per day, for up to 5 consecutive hours

Entire space plus building amenities are included* in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

*There is one small owner's closet that is locked and inaccessible in the great room.

Ring Doorbell & Stick-up Cameras are located outside, around the perimeter of the property and remain on 24/7/365 for the safety of all our guests and property.

HOUSE RULES
By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to all rules set forth in this listing.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it and let us know ASAP. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

+ NO SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTES indoors – if discovered and/or cleaner reports smell of smoke there will be deep cleaning fees starting at $300 + cost of loss rental(s)!!!
+ There is NO LIFEGUARD OR ANY OTHER SAFETY MEASURES AVAILABLE AROUND THE POOL AREA! Persons who cannot swim and/or all children/minors must be accompanied/supervised by an adult at all times. NO DIVING in the pool & spa! We are not liable for any injury/drowning/etc. that may occur.
+ Please DO NOT add bubbles or any other substance in the pool and/or spa. Adding bubbles and/or any other substance to the pool and/or spa will result in a charge starting at the cost of a single night's stay plus the total charge for correcting the issue.
+ NO TAMPERING/TOUCHING/ADJUSTING any of the pool equipment. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property with NO REFUND.
+ ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS is allowed outside at any time for safety precautions! (Outdoor plastic cups & plates are available in the top cabinet, in the house, to the left of the microwave)
+ House trained, small/medium dogs only* – $175/dog charged before check-in. Pets are NOT ALLOWED ON ANY FURNITURE OR IN THE POOL & SPA! Any damage caused by your pet and/or pet hair found on furniture and/or in pool/spa filter may result in an additional charge. Please, PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET – any dog waste left behind/not cleaned on the property will result in fees starting at $50!!!
LIMIT OF ONE DOG. An additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

+ Return house key and garage door remote to glass dish on welcome table prior to checkout!!!
• Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee!
+ Please, close and lock all windows, doors, and UMBRELLAS when you leave the house.
+ DO NOT USE/OPEN UMBRELLAS DURING WINDY CONDITIONS! (They can, and will, break and/or fly off!)
• Umbrellas for the swimming pool/sun shelf are to be closed (INCLUDING USING VELCRO STRAP TO SECURE CLOSING) and kept in the garage when not in use due to inclement weather conditions (High Wind, Rain, etc.).
• For the free-standing umbrella and table umbrella, please close umbrella (INCLUDING USING VELCRO STRAP TO SECURE CLOSING) and leave the umbrella in-place within the umbrella base.
• Please keep umbrellas closed (INCLUDING USING VELCRO STRAP TO SECURE CLOSING) at night and when leaving the house.
• There are 3 umbrella holes on the sun shelf in the pool. You can only use them for the umbrellas, and only in two different ways!
• One Umbrella: use any umbrella hole
• Two Umbrellas: use only the two outside umbrella holes
• Please close umbrella cup/hole with lid when they're not being used.
• Failure to comply/broken umbrellas will result in fees starting at $200
for replacement!
+ NO PARTIES – if the neighbors advise us there is a party taking place, you will be immediately evicted and will forfeit your security deposit and any unused rental night(s).
+ Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 8 am (Riverside County and City of Desert Hot Springs ordinance)
+ Outdoor String-Lights cannot exceed 50% brightness and must be turned off by 10 pm (Riverside County and City of Desert Hot Springs ordinance)
+ If the police are called to the house during your stay, you will be charged the amount for any citation(s) issued. If the police are called to the house for a second time, your stay with us will be terminated immediately without refund.
+ Wash all dishes used and/or rinse all dishes and load in the dishwasher.
+ Late check-out or early check-in will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay. (Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to doing so)
+ If you bring more people than on your reservation, you will automatically be charged $100+ per person per night and/or your stay with us will be terminated immediately without refund.
+ Please do not litter, including cigarette butts and dog waste outside. Throw away ALL TRASH in the trash cans. (You may empty all trash cans into the big trash bin as needed). Littering will result in fees starting at $100!!!

Each person renting and staying in our home (Guests) agree to be responsible for all damages and loss of personal property to his/her/their, as well as all persons/occupants/guests/invitees’ personal property, during the term of this rental agreement. Furthermore, the owners (Hosts) are considered harmless and non-liable to damage, loss, or theft of such personal property. Guests will be responsible for any and all accidents, loss, damage, and/or injury caused by his/her/their or anyone in their party’s negligence or willful conduct. It is the duty of the Guest(s), while occupying the premises, to guard against accidents and to caution all members of their party to do so. Reckless endangerment of or by any people in your party is against our policies and is not allowed. We will not be held liable for any such action. Guest(s) must notify the owner (Host) of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person renting and staying in the house. Guest(s) is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
