Stunning Home - PGA West Nicklaus Course On 17th Hole This private and spacious one-level home is in PGA West which is a golfer`s dream community (also gated and secured). It has beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Nicklaus golf course. There is a spacious living room, three bedrooms all with there own ensuite bathroom. Outdoor features include a heated pool and spa along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, built-in fireplace and a gas barbecue.
The main house has 1 large bedroom with a large master bathroom and half bathroom. The kitchen and living area are very open with large windows for great views of the golf course, mountains and the pool. The front courtyard has two attached casitas with their own doors and full washrooms. Each are there own private suite.
Outdoors there is a pool and spa with a remote on the exterior of the house to control the spa, lights and jets.
Hidden at the right side of the house are three citrus trees with lemons, oranges and grapefruit. Help yourself by picking some fresh organic fruit.
POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. **Pool tech services pool every Tuesday and Friday **Landscaper provides yard services mid-day every Monday
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor. PETS: We are pet friendly! There is a $50/ per pet, no refundable fee for your pets stay. We will collect this fee after booking is completed.
NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest.
FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Nice but needs some attention
We enjoyed our stay, but in the spirit of helping the owner improve the unit for future rental some improvements can be made. The location/neighborhood was nice and peaceful. It is located on a par 3 hole which made it fun to watch golfers. The family room/kitchen was a good layout as was the primary bedroom which was very large. However, if this is going to be a "5 Star" rental, there are several issues that need to be addressed. All the carpetiing in all the bedrooms were stained and did not appear very clean. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms were a bit small (especially compared to the 1st) with very little drawer space for clothing. There was dust/cob webs and mildew in the shower and on the mat. The lock box to get into the property did not work nor did the electronic front door opener. The linens/matresses/pillows all need to be upgraded. There were too many "artistic trinkets" on desks and other surfaces so it was hard to utilize them. In general it seemed like we may have been the 1st renters for this unit. These comments are meant to help the owners improve the property especially if they are going to call this a "5 star" experience.
