The space
Two bedroom and 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen. Relaxing front porch and covered backyard deck. Cozy gas fireplace, 2 smart TV's (one in great room and one in master bedroom) with popular apps. Sleeps 5. Fenced in backyard for children and pets.
Guest access
Our guest will have full access to the property. Only an owner's closet will be locked during your stay. To ensure a seamless and secure arrival, we offer self check-in and keyless entry through a secure keypad.
Other things to note
We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs (under 50 lbs) to stay during your vacation with us for a small fee.
We do have a valet trash service that will arrive sometime on Sunday and take the trash/recycle bins to the curb. Please leave them at the curb, once trash has been collected on Monday the valet trash service will come and move them back to the side of the cabin.
In winter months owner will only pay to plow driveway if more than 3-4 inches of snow. We suggest 4WD vehicles in the winter. If less than 3 inches of snow and you want the driveway plowed it will be at your expense of $75.
HOA Vehicle Registration Required To comply with our HOA rules, we kindly ask you to provide the following information for your vehicle: Make Model Color License Plate Number Please send us this info as soon as possible so we can complete the registration.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security recording cameras located at the front door, driveway and backdoor.
