Einmaliger kostenloser Transfer von Flughafen-Villa oder Villa-Flughafen inklusive.
Dies ist ein gut ausgestattetes und modernes Ferienhaus, das sich auf drei Etagen erstreckt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei getrennten Wohnungen.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Spielzimmer (PS 4, Dart, Tischfußball) und ein Badezimmer.

Draußen gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz (Trampolin, Tennisplatz im Freien, Badminton,.)
Sommerküche mit Außenkamin zum Grillen und mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, mit überdachter Terasse mit großem Tisch, komplett für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet.
Außendusche und Toilette. Das Haus verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und eine Liegewiese, in der sich alle Gäste treffen, speisen und am Pool entspannen können.

Im Haus finden bis zu 16 Gäste Platz, insgesamt 7 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und 3 Toiletten.

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem 1100 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mit 6 Parkplätzen, einem Olivenhain und einem Fußballplatz in der Mitte.
Alle Liegenschaften befinden sich in der Natur, in einem sicheren Bereich und sind 100 private und eingezäunte.

Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, die eine komfortable Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Meeres und des Strandes in einer ruhigen und sicheren Umgebung suchen.

A great few days, house has lots of space for big groups, the outdoor kitchen is a great addition, and the pool. Close enough to split but also some nice cafes and bars on the local seafront.

Amazing hosts

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. The rooms were spacious, great living space and heated pool. Dario and his family were fantastic, always responded to our emails and then took us to the supermarket on first day and also made pancakes for us on the last days. My friends and I are all in our 20’s and this was the ideal property for a week away near Split. The villa had everything we needed and the owners were fantastic hosts (even dropping off some wine for our friend’s birthday), they really went above and beyond what is expected of the owners.

From the minute we booked the villa the communication was great, nothing was too much they helped us with transfer to and from villa. On arrival Dario and his family went above and behond to make our stay perfect. Left us a welcome pack and some home made pancakes and fresh bread. Also his wife offered to take us to the supermarket and back. Which we really appriciated. I would highly recommended this villa and hope to go back again in the future.

What a fabulous time we had at the villa. The rooms are clean and well looked after. You have everything you need to entertain. The host family are so very gracious and helpful. They even brought over a gorgeous birthday cake for the birthday girl! The pool area was our haven! But there were two lovely terrace areas you could use as well. Everything about our stay was just perfect and we all have the post holiday blues now. Thank you for having us 😊

The property is stunning and really did make the perfect place for my sisters hen. Dario really did go above and beyond to making your stay comfortable and helping us arrange activities within Split. Him and his son came to greet us and show us around and he also maintained constant communication throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and answered any questions. Dario kindly put us in touch with a few locals such as Denis for taxi’s and lovely lady Maja to arrange a boat trip which really was incredible. The property and the pool were clean with everything we needed and allowed our group of 13 women make the most of our time. Would come and stay again :)

Our recent holiday stay was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The house itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The host even drove us to the local store and served us pancakes for breakfast, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay. They were always available to offer assistance with anything we needed, making us feel truly cared for. The swimming pool was another highlight of our stay—spotlessly clean with excellent sun exposure throughout the day, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and fun. The only downside was the location's accessibility. Walking to nearby places, especially the store, was not very convenient due to the lack of sidewalks. This minor inconvenience aside, our stay was fantastic in every way. Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a wonderful holiday experience.

Sehr schön

Wir waren mit 16 Personen da. Das Haus ist in 3 Wohnungen unterteilt. Im EG 2 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, im 1. und 2. Stock je 3 Zimmer mit einem Einzel und zwei Doppelbetten. Dazu gab es Klappcouchen und Klappbetten. In jeder Etage ein Bad und eine Küche. Wir haben aber nur die voll ausgestattete und überdachte Außenküche benutzt. Drei kleine Schönheitsfehler gab es. 1. Bei der Spülmaschine in der Außenküche fehlte beim unteren Auszihekorb ein Rad, so dass das Einräumen ein wenig lästig war, weil der Korb immer seitlich rausgerutscht ist. 2. Die Reifen der drei angebotenen Mountainbikes (mit Helmen und Schlössern) waren so porös, dass Sie nicht zu benutzen waren. 3. Um in den Ort zu gelangen muss man die Schnellstraße überqueren, so dass es zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad nicht sehr angenehm ist und wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Einmal hat es vom Vermieter leckere Pfannkuchen für alle gegeben und zum Abschied hat jede Familie ein Fläschen Olivenöl bekommen. Empfehlenswert!

Super Haus! Super Vermieter!!!

Wir haben in diesem Haus 2017 für zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Der Vermieter ist super, super nett!!! Er hat uns auch unkompliziert bei einem Problem mit dem Auto geholfen (kaputter Auspuff). Wir wurden mit Wein, Bier und frischem Obst begrüßt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Ganz tolle Leistung!!!

Geweldig

Wij waren met een grote groep vriendinnen. We werden ontzettend goed ontvangen door Dario en zijn familie. Het is een ontzettend mooi huis en zeer goed gelegen. Binnen een paar minuten ben je in Split en de taxi’s zijn goedkoop. De laatste dag kregen wij nog pancakes die heerlijk waren. Wij hebben als vriendengroep erg genoten van het huis, de vakantie en de gastvrijheid. Bedankt Dario!

Welcoming, kind and attentive hosts in a clean, comfortable home.

We all had a wonderful stay at this family run property. Dario and his family went above and beyond the necessities; offering lifts from the airport, welcome and mid week gifts of cherry brandy and pancakes made by Nana (both delicious) and even offered use of a car. The property was very clean (I've never seen a cleaner pool) and comfortable. We were 11 adults, six of whom were in couples and the other five could still have a room to themselves. The sofabed in the dining room is comfortable and self contained (i.e. does not lead to any of the other bedrooms). There are four kitchens in total, three equipped with dishwashers, ovens and microwaves and the other is an outside kitchen with an oven where we mainly cooked and dined each evening. There is a lovely terrace on the first floor that provides more sun into the evening and a view of the sunset. Sea views to the front and the mountains behind. There is plenty of dining and living space inside the property, in case of bad weather too. You can hear the main road from the property but nothing excessive, just a rumble of traffic. Most of the bedrooms are the side of the property furthest from the road. The advantage of the main road proximity is only 15 minutes to the airport, Trogir and Split. We even took Ubers into Split for dinner one evening (£14 ish) so we could all have a drink (be wary of excessive taxi costs back from Split!) There are loads of supermarkets around but nothing is particularly walkable, owing to the main road. We made the mistake of pre booking a boat trip around the islands; the trip Dario can organise seemed much more comfortable than the tiny speedboat we had and although more expensive, is inclusive of catering and drinks. All in all, a wonderful stay with some lovely hosts. Thanks so much Dario and family!

Amazing holiday

Fantastic holiday, Dario and family were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, arranged transfers and amazing boat trip. We arrived early and they went out of their way to accommodate us, supplied drinks and food and the use of the pool whilst they were getting the villa ready and even took a few of us shopping for supplies. We were a group of 11 adults and 2 children and the villa was perfect for us. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they brought around an amazing cake. Would highly recommend

Perfect accommodation for family holiday

Beautiful apartments with every modern convenience. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Dario and his parents so welcoming and and helpful with anything we needed. Cooked lovely meals for us and even provided a beautiful birthday cake for our grandson's 21st birthday. Our stay at this property was perfect and would fully recommend to any family.

Amazing Villa with 3 private apartments and shared outdoor space

We were a group of ten extended family members. The Villa Pavelin was perfect for us as it has three separate apartments with their own entrances plus a large outdoor space with a fabulous outdoor kitchen and pool. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor kitchen as the main communal area. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the kids (age 6 and 9). Dario and his family looked after us very well, from greeting us on arrival, coming to check and clean the pool, and being very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. They even brought a platter of salami and cheese on our first day, and pancakes for breakfast later in our stay. The villa apartments are spacious, modern and clean. They all have air conditioning although it was difficult to keep the bedrooms cool enough on the warmest nights (it was a very hot week in July). The villa is on a main road and its not easy to walk directly from the villa into the town. But Dario provides a free car and we hired an extra car or used Ubers and this made life easy. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the middle of Split or Trogir.

Best birthday, amazing hosts

We had the most amazing time staying at the villa, went with 11 friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The villa was clean, lovely pool and set up so everyone had enough space on each floor. Easy location to airport and split. Dario and his family were absolute legends arranging various pick ups from the airport and recommending the best companies for trips to Kaka waterfalls and a speedboat trip around the surrounding island which were a highlight. He even let us use a car and visiting with the most delicious birthday cake I have ever tasted! I had one of my best birthdays in Croatia made very special in this beautiful location! I would definitely recommend!

Really nice stay!

We were 14 friends and we stayed at the Villa Pavelin for a week. The villa is really pretty, clean, well organised for a big group of friends. The possibility to use a car, the Lidl just next to the villa : they made the stay really pleasant. The owners are really nice and welcoming.
