Wir haben Kana'i A Nalu geliebt, seit unser Vater diese Wohnung 1987 gekauft hat!

Kana'i A Nalu bedeutet "sanfte Brandung, aber wir nennen es 'Dad Paradies." Kana'i A Nalu ist eine schöne Komplex am Meer auf den vier-Meile entfernt Strecke von Sugar Beach auf Ma'alaea Bay. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse auf den tropischen Garten, den Pool, das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang über Haleakala, dem "Haus der Sonne", Maui größten schlafenden Vulkan. In den Wintermonaten, wenn die Buckelwale in der Bucht sind, können sich die Veranda Ihre Vollzeit-Residenz.

Die zentrale tropische Gartenanlage verfügt über einen solarbeheizten Pool, eine große Rasenfläche und zwei Grillmöglichkeiten für alle! Am späten Nachmittag ist der Grillplatz der richtige Ort!

Kana'i A Nalu appelliert an diejenigen, die nicht wollen, durch einen verstopften Lobby oder in einer belebten Straße in den Pool oder Strand zu kommen laufen zu lassen. Unsere Gäste können in wenigen Minuten bequem von unserer Wohnung zum Strand und zurück gehen.

Unsere Wohnung ist mit Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine / Trockner komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben auch eine schöne Sammlung von Strandtüchern, Schnorchelausrüstung, Sandspielzeug und Boogie-Boards für Sie am Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet 2 Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer im angrenzenden Flur.
Wir haben einige schöne Verbesserungen in die Wohnung in den letzten Jahren, mit Fliesenböden in den Wohnbereich und Küche, Granit in der Küche und beiden Bädern gemacht, und mit HD-TV im Wohn- / Essbereich und das Elternschlafzimmer. Wir lieben die entspannte tropischen Stil auf der Insel, und das Design in unserer Wohnung widerspiegelt.

Wenn das Wetter Blasenbildung ist heiß auf andere Teile der Insel, konsistent zu halten Brisen des Ma'alaea Bay die Luft in unserer komplexen komfortabel. Im Inneren der Wohnung, jedes Zimmer hat einen Deckenventilator Komfort zu bieten, die Bäder einschließlich. Ruhige Klimageräte von Fujitsu befinden sich im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer.
Direkt gegenüber der Bucht ist die Stadt Kihei; überragt ist Haleakala, Seehöhe. 10.023. Sonnenaufgänge über dem Gipfel sind von der Veranda aus zu sehen und sie sind atemberaubend!

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der Insel zentral gelegen und ist zwischen Wailea und Lahaina. Es ist etwa 9 Meilen von der Kahului Airport.

Jede Wohnung in dem Komplex ist einzigartig, und man kann wirklich nichts falsch machen überall auf dem Grundstück! Sie erhalten keine Vergleiche oder Kränkungen über die anderen Eigentumswohnungen auf dieser Liste zu hören, weil wir Kana'i A Nalu lieben!

Beautiful condominium in a beautiful location!

This was the perfect place for my wife, my sister, and I to stay for a week in Maui. The property is spacious and had just about every possible amenity that we could have asked for. The beds were very comfortable, and the deck overlooking the pool and ocean was terrific. The location is excellent for going to all the things that you might want to do on Maui. Also, a very nice beach park literally just a few steps away from the property. The owner was wonderful and responded to every question we had. You can’t go wrong if you decide to stay here. I hope we’ll be able to come back soon.

Lovely, well equipped condo

This is the nicest vrbo/vacation rental that we have stayed at in 40 years. The unit is beautiful and stocked with everything you could want to enjoy a tropical vacation. Terri is super communicative and helpful. The location is in a quiet bit of beach close to shopping and restaurants. We saw whales from the balcony!

Great stay overall

Overall, not much more to add to the other glowing reviews. The condo was great, fully stocked, with a wonderful view of the ocean from the lanai. Parking was easy, the pool was clean and warm, and the complex was in great condition overall. Another bonus was that the beds were quite comfortable.I should also add that Terri is such a thoughtful and communicative host. You can tell how passionate she is about doing what she does - it comes through in so many details, big and small.A minor heads up is that the beach a short walk from the condo is just ok - it's a nice place to sit with some trees for shade, but the water wasn't the best for swimming (at least in February) due to rocks and lack of visibility. That said, the condo is an easy drive to some other local beaches.

Just a perfect place

My wife and I have stayed in Maui probably close to 20 times in the last 30 years. From luxury accomadations in Wailea to my parents spare bedroom in Pukalani and everything in between. This place by far has been the best place we have ever stayed. Being able to take daily morning walks on a basically empty beautiful beach each morning was worth the whole price. Everything else was just icing on the cake.The bed is soooooo comfortable. The living room furniture will challenge you to not take a nap...so nice. Kitchen is perfect size. Both bathrooms are incredible.Grounds are immaculate, residents are beyond friendly, pool is so clean, views are perfect. Great food at Seascape.Every single thing worked perfectly and all information, for everything, was so easy. This place is perfect, clean, home feeling and Terri is such a great person to work with. A lot of people always say "we'll be back", we will definitely come back here, I wont even look anywhere else.Also location is so perfect. 25 mins to Lahaina, 25 mins to Wailea, 15 mins to Kahului. Thank you so much Terri!!!!

Wonderful!!!

This condo is amazing!!!! It’s in a great location, wonderfully stocked and the hosts were amazing to work with!! The mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and watching whales started the days off right and the evening walks on the nearby beach or the kids swimming in the pool was the perfect ending each evening! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great vacation place!

Everything about this condo was excellent and as advertised. We used the communal grills a lot and the condo had all possible kitchen and grill equipment. The location was so convenient as a jumping off place for all parts of the island. The property manager was always available and so considerate of our needs.

Comfortable and convenient condo in Maui

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. There was always a nice breeze through the living room. The location was very convenient to many of Maui's must-see areas. It was such a gift to stay here. The place was well maintained, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for trips to the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and look out at the bay, seeing whales in the distance. Terri was a thoughtful and well-prepared host. Can't recommend this property enough.

Beautiful - Family friendly

Beautiful property. 10pm quiet observed. Beach right behind the property. Our grandkids boogie boarded every day. My husband and grandkids walked out in the water a short distance to watch the turtles. We will definitely be back.

Great trip

We had a wonderful time in Maui!! The condo was true to its description, had everything we needed. The grounds are small and quiet, we had such a busy itinerary so the property was suitable for our needs . We were 20-30 minutes from most of our chosen beach locations . Highly recommended Mill house Inn for a dinner - just gorgeous property and 9 minutes from the condo ! Go before sunset as the grounds are not to be missed

Lovely condo, excellent location, a dream vacation!

We loved our vacation in this condo! It's outfitted with everything you need and we made good use of the cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Sugar Beach which allowed for magical long walks along the beach. There was nothing better than enjoying morning coffee on the lanai, watching the whales breach or blow. Terri is extremely organized and wonderful to deal with. Everything went smoothly and we're already looking forward to our next trip!

Best vacation

Terri was an amazing host and communicated with us the whole way and went over and above with all the amenities and extras! The location was perfect for our first visit as it was central to everything! There is easy access to the beach and the condo has all the equipment you need for the beach! The only thing I would suggest is there could be a few more hooks or places to hang up wet clothes but that is the case for every accommodation that we have been to. Thank you to Terri at Dad's place, truly a magical vacation with my teenager and senior dad! Mahalo!

Great condo

Our family of 4 had a great week in Maui. The location was great for us because it was in the middle of the island so we were able to do lots of day trips. It is within walking distance of the Maui Ocean center. The condo had a nice assortment of items that we did not have to pack or purchase like beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and small coolers. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles right on the beach 2 of the days of our trip. The kids enjoyed relaxing in the pool each day as well. Thanks for a nice place to stay during our Hawaii trip!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Very well furnished, everything you could possibly need. Even a medicine cabinet with lotions, gels, etc. every spice, condiments and beach accessories. Incredible view with whale watching all day. Very quiet, extremely well maintained property. Paradise !!!!!

My wife and I visited "DADS PARADISE" in Kanai a Nalu What an amazing property. The Condo itself was clean, beautiful and well stocked. From beach towels and snorkel gear to wine glasses and pots and pans. Grounds are well maintained, just feet from the beach., no packing the car. just walk out your Condo and you are there. Perfect vacation getaway., I will be back !!

Very nice.

The condominimum was very nice and well maintained. The condominum association grounds and facilites are beautifully maintained. The owner had detailed instructions on everything, was very responsive and was very accommodating on allowing us to stay past the check out time because we had a late flight out. I plan on renting this unit again when we return to Maui. Yes, I would definitely recommend this unit to my family, friends and others looking for a place to stay that is quiet, in a great location and is reasonably priced.

This is the thirteenth year that we have managed dad's beloved condo on Maui.
Sadly, we lost our dear dad May 2020.
Our dad was a veterinarian, and at one time in our lives we had 3 cats, 2 dogs, 4 tortoises, and a beehive in the backyard. We now have families of our own, which, of course, include our beloved pets!
Our families live in Davis, Sacramento and Rocklin, California.

One of the reasons that dad was drawn to Kana‘i a Nalu and the Ma‘alaea Village area was that it was on a dead-end street. He loved the quiet slow-paced atmosphere of the area, yet he also loved that he could walk to the harbor, to dinner or to the aquarium. The condo backs up to undeveloped fields and faces the ocean, giving it a secluded feeling while still being close to Ma‘alaea Village amenities.

When the weather is blistering hot on other parts of the island, Ma‘alaea Bay’s consistent breezes keep the air comfortable.

Also, if you want to explore the island, Kana‘i a Nalu's central location on the isthmus makes visiting other parts of Maui ideal.

One of our favorite things to do while at Kana‘i a Nalu is to use the grill in the garden area. The welcoming atmosphere has allowed us to meet guests from all over the country and abroad too (there are often visitors from Alaska and Canada in the winter months). Another unique feature about Kana‘i a Nalu is the undeveloped three-mile stretch of Sugar Beach, which passes only sand dunes and a nature preserve before the condos in Kihei. It makes for a relaxing sunrise walk. Additionally, our fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to cook some of your meals at home, letting you save money for other island attractions. Maui has a Costco and numerous other grocery stores within a 15-minute drive.
