Cozy studio with everything you need!
Lovely studio extremely close to the L subway - literally 50 feet away (Montrose Ave station).
Brand new building, bathroom is new and clean, and so is everything else.
You have your own private entrance and have the whole space to yourself.
Utilities, internet are all included. NO smoking permitted.
The studio is nice and comfy and we have put a lot of effort in making it equipped for a month's stay or more.
The kitchen has a large new Espresso machine (with capsules provided), a toaster, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, blender, nutribullet and 2 electric stove plates for cooking, as well as pots, pans and a nice selection of cooking utensils. If you find yourself needing anything - just let us know! We're always happy to help equip the space and make it even more comfortable!
There are many comfy pillows provided for the bed and sofa, and the TV can be connected to your computer (it also has Roku so you can connect it to your preferred streaming service - Netflix, Hulu, HBO or any other).
The internet is strong and stable (200 mbps) in all the space. The bathroom is brand new and is super-clean!
The neighborhood is beautiful, open space and many small local shops - vegan doughnuts, coffee places, bakeries, pizza and great restaurants around the block.
There is also a very large market (Beyond Natural Market) literally across the street at 195 Montrose Ave that has a great selection of food, fruit and vegetables, and even very reasonable priced (less than $10) home cooked meals :) and fresh sushi made to go.
You can get to the city extremely quickly (13 minutes to Union Square station) since the L subway station is less than a block away! If you are into biking, there is a CitiBike station next to the Montrose subway station (across the street)!
Other things to note:
There is laundry in the building. The place is a basement studio but has a large, nice openable window so there's plenty of fresh air coming in from the trees in the backyard (which is not accessible to guests).
