While the house overall and the location was great, we were disappointed in several things during our stay. The management company said we would have a starter pack of some items, but we quickly found that the house did not have enough or not at all of any of those items. (For example, they told me we would have two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, there was not, and in the master bathroom there was less than a half a roll.) There was not enough shampoo/conditioner for each of the bathrooms, and they left us with a very empty bottle for dishwashing soap. The kitchen did not have any dish towels. It was advertised that we would have a dish sponge, but the sponge under the sink had been used - it was disgusting. When we opened the washer, we found a pair of underwear that was not ours. In the master bedroom, the fitted sheet and sheet cover did not fit the bed, so every morning the sheets came off the bed in a big mess. The beds overall were uncomfortable. It was clear to us that this property while having some nice things about it, was not rental ready, and the cleaning crew forgot several things before they allowed us to check in. I tried to communicate with the host about our toilet paper situation, but they never responded to me, so we ended up spending a lot of money to replace some of the toiletry items that were advertised but not there. Very disappointed.
