The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the benefits of vacationing at Veranda Palms where you have all the amenities to fill a day whether you chose to relax or engage in fun-filled activities. The resort offers additional perks such as a zero-entry resort-style pool along with a kids’ splash area, waterslide, hot tub, BBQ/picnic area, fitness center, and playground. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the atmosphere is chill. Stay here, or, head on out to explore the Orlando attractions and entertainment. It’s all located just around the corner with Disney World being only a short drive away.



The community is surrounded by the Shingle Creek Preserve a regional park where you can hike, bike, and paddle among towering cypress trees, and if you head on out in interstate 192 it’s lined with dining, entertainment, and shopping.



Getting Around:

You have Congo River mini-golf nearby, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, and a bit further, Kissimmee Old Town with a Fun Spot America amusement park.



When it comes to theme parks, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Epcot are less than a half-hour away; Gatorland is even closer, and SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just a few minutes further.

**Heated pool $50 a day and minimum 2 days.

(pay before check-in)

**Grill and propane ( if empty there is a 7 Eleven on the corner), we just charge a cleaning fee $40.00.

To use the extra services you MUST request use of the heating element for pool or the BBQ PRIOR TO your check-In.

Security cameras located on the driveway and the ring doorbell for safety and security.

**| would like to make some IMPORTANT comments:

*Our home offers all of the listed amenities for your convenience, but some items are not there throughout your stay, they are there as a courtesy upon your arrival.

* These items include, but are not limited to, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap and detergent, soap and shampoo. You can restock these items as needed.

* We provide 1 bath towel per guest (according to the maximum occupancy of the house) and 2 hand towels per bathroom and some for the pool. We do not provide extras
