Our charming 102-year-old home, newly renovated to preserve its historic character while offering modern comfort. Located just blocks away from the legendary Motown Museum and a 5 minute drive to Downtown Detroit.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by the original molding, hardwood floors, and mosaic tile that whisper stories of the past. Each room in our house boasts a unique theme, designed to immerse you in a one-of-a-kind experience during your stay.
The space
The property is newly renovated and very unique with a historic feel. Each room has a fun theme and guests have access to both balconies, fire pit and bbq grill for convenience.

Bedroom 1- Primary bedroom, 1 queen sized bed, Smart TV, 1 nightstand, lamp, dresser, Full size mirror, rack and storage space in the closet.

Bedroom 2 - 1 full sized bed and 1 twin bed nightstand with lamp, dresser, hangers and storage space in closet. (No TV)

Bedroom 3- 1 twin sofa bed, this room can also be used as a office, includes a desk and lamp (No TV)

Basement/Game Room -1 twin air mattress, 1 full air mattress (Can be moved to any room in the house), 47 inch TV with Fire Stick, Washer, Dryer, Arcade Game, Darts, Chess Board, Board Games, Love Seat, Bean Bag and Bar Table.

Fully stocked Kitchen - Has stainless steel microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, pots, pans, blender, toaster, bbq grill essentials as well as a garbage disposal.

Full Bathroom- Claw foot tub and shower, stocked with soap, shampoo conditioner, lotion, towels, wash cloths,full size mirror and bath floor mat.

1/2 Bathroom- Sink and Toilet with extra toiletries.

Hall Closet- Next to the main bathroom there's a stocked linen closet featuring extra towels and washcloths

From the kitchen door you can access the back stair landing that takes you to the backyard fire pit, basement/game room and to the back upper balcony.

From the front foyer you can access the front stair landing that takes you to the front upper balcony.

The entire lower level is accessible along with both upper balconies and the basement where the washer,dryer and entertainment space is. Parking is available in the drive way.
Other things to note
The city of Detroit has just rolled out a $21.5 million dollars strategic Neighborhood Fund investment into the area,so you will likely see homes that are under construction or in the pipeline for renovation. A little more grit than glam.
