Great stay

We loved this place. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Conveniently located to grocery stores and shopping. The place was located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Definitely would recommend this place.

Had a great weekend in Fayetteville. Great location in Fayetteville, close to the New River National Park. Did some great hiking in the park.

Hiking weekend

Traveled from Florida with my dog for some hiking in the National Park. The house and location worked out well. Several dog-friendly trails nearby. I may return in the fall!

Clean and Cozy

Just as the title suggests, the property was clean and cozy! Everything from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedroons were tidy and well kept. We very much enjoyed our stay here, after hiking and whitewater rafting the home provided a pleasant experience to rewind and relax.

Perfect location for us

This was a perfect house for the 3 of us in a great location for our activities (Bridge Walk, coal mine tour in Beckley, etc.). The 2 bedrooms were simple but comfortable. The two living areas were spacious and comfortable. The owner/manager could not have been more responsive to my questions and provided excellent directions and check in information. Our grandson particularly enjoyed staying there. He thought it was a "cool" cabin!

Excellent place to stay in NRG!

We loved the location of this property. It’s in an extremely quiet neighborhood. But It’s just minutes from the New River Bridge and Smokey’s on the Gorge restaurant. Near many rafting centers. It’s also very close to some awesome hiking trailheads like the Kaymoor Miners Trail, Fayetteville Trail, and Butcher Branch Trail. House was clean with everything you need. Great communication with the owner!

Close to park!

The house is very close to the bridge and entrance to the park at Canyon Rim entrance. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is surface clean but could use a good deep clean (cobwebs and dust bunnies). The beds are comfortable. It’s has window A/C units that are not turned on prior to arrival so it may take awhile to cool things off.

Overnight stay

We made a last minute decision to breakup our trip from Pittsburgh to Asheville area. This place was as described, nice safe neighbor that we walked through at night with the dog. Fayetteville is a cute city with many choices of restaurants and breweries. Definitely want to visit again for longer. The ice maker wasn't working and let the owner know. We didn't need it since it was quick overnight trip.

Great Location in Fayettville!

The location of this property was great! Quiet street and very close to the National Park and all the things we wanted to do. The house was perfectly fine for what we needed, was clean, had an updated kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, the owner was communicative, and again - the location is perfect!!! Some things were not perfect but may be beyond the hosts control - like not being able to flush the toilet and then wash your hands because you lose all water pressure. So if you have a larger family staying - it does have two bathrooms - but you can’t use them at the same time to shower. This is just something to file under something to know - and if you can deal with it - then it’s a great place.

We have never had that complaint before and in testing afterward, we had no issues. There possibly was a local water issue at the time that affected the neighborhood. We left after one day

Accommodations were below Acceptability. I thought I was in the military again. It’s not something I would ever recommend there was many other issues as well. Insects in window air conditioners that made a ton of noise. Very small rooms. Do not believe this could accommodate six individuals.
