Even though this is a new listing, we are not new to hosting. Welcome to True Paradise Estate, the ideal place to escape and relax. This estate boasts over an acre of lush landscape including its own pickle ball court, beach volleyball, putting range and a gorgeous pool to ease your soul. Bike around the neighborhood to your hearts content. Inside boasts 5 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Take in a game of ping pong on the back patio or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. This house has all you'll need for the perfect holiday. There are only 18 homes in this gated community and the home is double gated. The location is incredible, it is just off " Golden Mile," Avenue 49 in Indio, across the street from Rancho La Quinta. It is located minutes from shopping, dining, golf courses and all entertainment that La Quinta and Palm Desert provides. This luxurious villa is located just under 2 miles to Empire Polo fields, about 10 mins bike ride or 30-40 mins walk. El Paseo if just under 10 mins drive and Old Town La Quinta is 7 mins away. About 6-7 mins to interstate 10, which connects you to Palm Springs and other parts of Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, LA and Temecula. So much to see and explore, join us. PARKING:
The garage and driveway may be used for parking. Please do not park on the street as you may be fined or towed.

RULES/NOISE:
The City of Indio has a noise ordinance of quiet hours: minimal outdoor noise/activity after 9 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and after 10 pm (Friday & Saturday). During quiet hours no music or noise should be heard at the property line. Noise should be at low to moderate levels during the daytime. Overnight occupancy is anyone on the property after 10 pm and should not be more than one the listing (Note: 16 plus means 16 max)

We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community in order to offer these amazing vacation properties to our guests, so we appreciate you following these rules during your stay.

POOL|SPA:

Pool/spa: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee); $150 per day for 86 degrees. There is a controller to turn on spa and lights on the wall beside the sliding doors.

Spa on demand only: $40/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa or turn it off at the spa controller so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.

Payment can be made via payment link or another form of payment.

**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

Also, this property gets weekly pool service on Monday and Thursday. Landscaping is on Wednesday.

SLEEPING:

Air mattresses and Pack n Play (and High Chair) available upon request, prior to check-in.

PETS:

Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, $50 goes towards the pet's stay, and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card on file. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much!

This is estate home was designed with great attention for detail. Beautiful finishes inside, immaculate inside and out, large pool and spa, spacious outdoor kitchen with seating for 6 and outdoor dining for 8. The 1.15 acre estate features backyard has a pickleball court, volleyball court, putting green, pool basketball, arcades, connect 4, ladder toss, corn hole. The best part yet?! Theatre and snacks! PLUS...Game room is the new upgrade for this incredible villa, it will be ready March 6th, new photos will follow. Spoiler alert...we are adding virtual golf and over 1500 square feet of game room with all sorts of games!
