Family getaway with small children

This was our bi-annual family getaway with all of our adult children and grandchildren.13 adults and 12 children under the age of 10 made for a full-activity stay! We cooked virtually all meals onsite, and used the pool many hours each day. Chris was an excellent communicator, and was responsive to every need we expressed. If we were doing it again, we would choose the same place!

Clean and Spacious House

Our recent trip to Indio was amazing. The house was stunning and extremely clean. There were multiple bedrooms and it fit about 20 adults. The backyard was huge with a beautiful pool. There were multiple games on the grounds such as volleyball, and golf. There was entertainment not only for adults but for children as well. The grill area was also amazing. There were 2 refrigerators in the pool area and an ice making machine as well. I highly recommend this house to others and will definitely stay there again.

Great 5 day weekend with our immediate family.

The pool was perfect for our families. It has a large shallow level (4’x45’) with built in umbrellas. The 3 yr old boys loved it and the moms would put their patio chair in the water so they were close to the kiddies. Then the balance of the huge pool was deeper and fun for everyone. The spa was always warm and also very large.The family really spent a lot of time playing billiards and ping pong. It’s just off the kitchen so very convenient.The HVAC was strong and kept the house nice and cool. The kitchen was well appointed and our kids, who are great cooks, and our chef gave it a good workout without a single complaint and a lot of great food, including fresh baked chocolate chip/walnut cookies!

Fantastic all around experience

It was my brothers bachelor party, and we couldn’t have had a better experience at the house. We played volleyball, putt putt and swam in the big pool and hot tub. The building was spotless. There wasn’t any neighbors to deal with - just a fantastic overall experience. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful, texting me when I couldn’t figure out a certain remote. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Luxury, Comfort, and Sunshine — A Dream Stay

We had the most incredible stay at this luxury home in Indio! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of over 20 people — spacious, beautifully designed rooms with plenty of space to relax, connect, and enjoy.The kitchen was massive and fully equipped, making it ideal both for our private caterer and for preparing our own group meals. The game room was a hit, with pool and ping pong keeping everyone entertained.Outside, the space was just as amazing: a resort-style pool, a covered bar area perfect for lounging with a drink, and a huge lawn with a volleyball court that made it feel like our own private resort.But what really set this stay apart was the service. Chris and his team went above and beyond — they stocked the house with everything we asked for, from food to booze, making our arrival completely seamless. Their attention to detail and responsiveness throughout our stay was truly exceptional.This was easily one of the best group rental experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be back!

Dream family reunion

This property was all that others said it would be…new, clean, spacious, private, comfortable, modern, and fun! You never have to leave. The pool and spa were the main act — massive and gorgeous, with a beautiful infinity edge and plenty of seating around. We loved the 9 hole putting course and duel fire pits too…they served as great conversation venues for smaller groups. Had some fun playing volleyball and beer pong too :) Our family vacation was all that we hoped for. Chris was an excellent host. Hope to be back!

Wonderful time at an amazing house!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Enough bed space and bathrooms as advertised for 24 people. The pool was amazing and there were umbrellas outside that you could angle so you could have some shade in the pool, allowing you to stay out all day even in the heat. The game room and outside golf area was also so much fun for the kids and adults. we had an amazing time, never left the location!

The Best Place Ever

We spent a weekend here celebrating a birthday with friends and it was truly the perfect house. Every bedroom and bed was comfortable and spacious, AC could be controlled room by room, the main areas of the house were perfect for dining, lounging, cooking, and more. We even did pilates in the living room and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool had umbrellas and a Baja shelf so you could easily sit outside all day and be completely comfortable, even though it was 90 degrees when we were there. Everything had been thought of and our host was really thoughtful. He was even willing to mail something back to me that we accidentally left there. We had a blast this weekend and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Fantastic birthday celebration

Twenty one members of my family, aged 1 - 90 had a marvelous 3 days. The house was large, lovely and had so many activities for all of us that it made it a perfect place. And Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful house

Amazing Oasis in the Desert!

Amazing property with something for everyone. And the most perfect spot if you’re in town for anything at the Polo Grounds. Chris was amazing at communicating and was so great and attentive to anything we needed. We felt like rockstars our whole trip!

Moonlight Mecca Magnificent

Family getaway over Christmas week with our adult children. Was looking for a place comfortable enough to hang out and relax as a family but with plenty of activities and toys to keep the 20’s and 30’s year olds busy. The home was perfect. While certainly great for a Coachella or Stagecoach weekend, it was also perfect for a family trip. In great shape, well equipped with all the outdoor toys, games and also the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Chris was really easy to communicate with and a thoughtful host. We would absolutely rent this home again.
