Welcome to the Alamo Ranch Retreat! Nestled in NW San Antonio lies a veteran owned, quaint mid-century modern townhome in a gated community. This rental is ideal for proud families traveling to see their Airmen graduate BMT, those in between homes, visitors or small groups. Guests don't have to venture far for fun with a short drive to nearby shopping, restaurants, and fun at the National Shooting Complex, Six Flags, SeaWorld, Government Canyon State Park, Paradise Canyon and Lackland AFB.

THE SPACE
Living Room
Unwind in this stylish open concept living area adorned with beautiful furnishings and bright lighting under 9ft ceilings, creating a welcoming and spacious feel. The cozy seating and smart TV with wifi makes watching your favorite streaming channels enjoyable, including HULU and Disney+ complimentary. Plus, the pop-up coffee table and half bathroom makes the space convenient for the occasional remote worker.

Kitchen & Dining Area
The modern dining area seats six and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and stocked with all you need to prepare meals at home. Full size stainless steel appliances (electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, dishes, glasses, cups, bowls, kids eatery, toaster, mixer and everything in between including a dual Insta Pot-Air Fryer, Ninja Power Blender + Processor, a kettle pot for tea, and a Ninja dual brew coffee bar to start your day right. Not to mention, we provide a starter pack of basics like coffee pods, sweetener, tea, a variety of spices, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

The Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a king bed with its own bathroom, smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is the smallest of the three with a queen bed, closet, chair and smart TV. A well-appointed bedroom 3 has two twin beds, smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet and plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Pack and play or high chair available upon request.

The Bathrooms
Bedroom 2 & 3 shares a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. While the half bathroom is conveniently downstairs. The bathrooms and laundry are stocked with towels, wash clothes, make-up towels, hand towels, ironing board, iron; and a starter supply of toiletries to include toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets and starch.

Outdoors
You'll have full access to our property with a small backyard with privacy fence and no rear neighboring homes. It features a covered patio with seating and a propane grill, making it easy to cook up a TX BBQ. Need the kids to burn off a little energy? Enjoy access to the community park with a slide and swing.

GUEST ACCESS
The townhome is located in a gated community with 24hr access during your stay. Park in the driveway directly in front of the unit's left garage. The right side is reserved for the unit next door. Extra parking is available in the spaces across the street from the unit.

The entire space is yours except access to the garage or pantry, but there is plenty of cabinet space. It is not available for guest stays under 28+ days; however garage pre-authorization is available for guests requesting usage of the Electrical Vehicle (EV) plug. EV charging cable is not provided.
