The living area features comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a hike. The kitchen features updated appliances and is fully equipped for meal preparation and group dining. A dedicated arcade zone adds fun with classic games for kids and adults alike. Central heat/AC and WiFi make the space cozy and connected.

The Neighborhood:

This is the perfect location for exploring all that the area has to offer! We are centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and less than 10 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park. There is so much to do in the area, such as Hiking, Horseback riding, ziplines, waterfalls, sightseeing, and scenic drives. Or you can hit the town with World Class restaurants, dinner shows, attractions, shopping, Dollywood, water parks, and a fantastic nightlife, that you will never be bored! Or just take a stroll through downtown Gatlinburg for hours of fun and things to do!



Other Things to Note:

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

* Pets welcome - Pet fee is $75 PER pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Guests are responsible for any damage.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
