In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out in real time so I can promptly resolve any concerns. The old wood and broken chairs you mentioned are temporarily stored near the shed on the left side of the house. They cannot be removed by the private trash service and are scheduled to be hauled away. The drawer you referenced has already been repaired. The missing decorative handle on the kitchen island was intentionally left off because there is no drawer behind it—only a sink. When the handle is attached, guests understandably pull on it thinking it is a drawer, which causes damage. For flying insects, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed while the AC is running, as the high cathedral ceiling makes it difficult to catch them once inside. Regarding the alarm next door, I did reply to your message, though it seems you may not have received it. For any urgent matter—whether in my home or a neighboring home—I encourage guests to call me directly, as texts are not always reliable for immediate issues. And finally, the rate is not $14,000 per night (although I wish it were!). We always aim to provide a beautiful and comfortable stay, and I’m glad you enjoyed the home overall.
