Catalina Comfort was indeed a comfort! The home was well equipped, fresh linens, comfortable beds and a wonderful location! Close to AMI, Robinson preserve and Desoto Park. The pool was beautiful, but needed some maintenace. The Adirondack chairs by the pool were beautiful, but the patio area could use some more comfortable seating, as that is where we liked to spend most of our time. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. What we loved: The location was very convenient! Plenty of space for our family of five! Big back yard with a great pool! What could use some improving: Two of our kids are in their upper teens and early twenties and they thought the mattresses in the bedroom with the bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Several things were broken throughout the home. Overall we would still highly recommend this home!!

Comfortable and convenient

Our stay was a convenient home base to do lots on Anna Maria Island, we also were able to do some fun things in surrounding areas. The pool was nice and provided entertainment for the kids during down time. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Our stay at Catalina Comfort was amazing. Everything about the place was perfect and we can’t wait to come back again. Very clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, pool was just the right temp and perfect after a day at the beach! Nice place

Only reason for 4 stars for cleanliness was the pool was not ready when we arrived. I did ask if pool would be up and running when inquiring as we had 4 children and it is s necessity when traveling 😊. Very easy to reach out to owner, they did explain they were between pool companies and did get in touch with the pool guy who did come over 2 days later and get it cleaned. We all enjoyed the pool and beautiful home the rest if the week

Beautiful house within 10 minutes of Anna Maria Island

The house was in a really nice, clean area. The house had all the amenities needed. They provided hotel-type size of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and dish soap. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The shower head on the master bath was loose on the wall. The other queen size bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The bunk bed room was nice. The mattresses on the bed seem very economy, which is fine for kids. They had a foam pad on top of them and were not covered with a mattress protector, which seemed kind of gross. There seemed to be extra fans is all rooms as well as baby pack and plays if needed. The kitchen had anything you might need, but seemed poorly organized. The ice maker also did not work. The backyard is huge and very nice. The pool unfortunately was green and not usable while we were there. The property manager was communicating with us to take care of that. The dryer also stopped working during our stay, which I believe was being replaced. Overall, if we could be guaranteed that the pool was going to be functioning, we would stay again in a heartbeat. It is in a great location and beautiful property, but the pool situation put a damper on our vacation.
