This spacious, newly constructed, 1700 square-foot townhome, offers open concept floor plan, fully stocked kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is tastefully appointed with the comfort of my guests in mind. Both ample bedrooms provide en suite accommodations. Spacious one car garage with garage door opener for my guests. Also equipped with full-size washer and dryer: For your convenience, laundry detergent and fabric softener provided, free of charge. Primary bedroom, is luxuriously appointed with a dreamy, ultra-plush mattress set. Secondary bedroom, is tastefully furnished with a classic and understated bedroom suite. Sorry, no pets. Non-smoking only! Completely wheelchair accessible.

Best Rental House Ever!

If you need a place to stay in Cleveland, TN book this house--you won't be disappointed. I would say it is exactly as described but it's even better in person. This is by far the best home I have ever rented. Carol (the owner) is wonderful to work with and pays special attention to even the smallest detail. Location is perfect, furniture is comfortable, the bed was dreamy, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the bathrooms (2 1/2) are great--especially the master. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Another great stay!!

This was our second stay and, again, this place did not disappoint. Very clean, great communication and the place had everything we needed. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!

From arriving at this home, we stepped into a wonderful clean and welcoming place. Let me tell you, it exceeded every expectation! It felt like home. Carol was a great host and assisted us in every way. We really appreciated the communication and responsiveness. This place is first class all the way. We’ve already booked another stay and plan on booking more.

Our daughter was getting married nearby.

We loved this home!! It was so well equipped and the little extras meant a lot, like coffee and breakfast bars! My husbands parents ended up staying too and the placement of the bedrooms were definitely great so we couldn’t hear the men snore from one room to another. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as we were pretty much there to sleep. We did bring home a charger by mistake and the owner was so gracious to give us a call so we could mail it back. Oops!! I would definitely recommend this home!!

I moved to the beautiful State of Tennessee in October of 2021 from Colorado, for several reasons, one of which was to enjoy a milder climate and less frosty winter months. I had no idea Tennessee, especially the eastern part of this state, was so scenic. The mountains, forests, waterfalls, rivers and lakes, in some ways, remind me a lot of Minnesota where I grew up. It really is beautiful here in Tennessee!

A Cut Above Vacation Home Away from Home is a beautiful, newly constructed property, with easy access to I-75. Cleveland is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Centrally located between the picturesque City of Chattanooga and Knoxville, not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cleveland is just outside of Cherokee National Forest with all its natural scenic beauty. Visitors come to explore the more than 600 miles of trails including 1150 miles of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Hundreds of miles of cold-water streams, 7 whitewater rivers, 3 large lakes, waterfalls and lots of activities for the entire family. Enjoy world-class whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and swimming. For a relaxing day, you may want to enjoy touring one of our many historic towns near Cleveland and viewing the abundance of wildlife while exploring the Appalachians and Blue Ridge Mountains.
