So many fun festivals and sporting events happening year round...RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!

This level can accommodate up to 10 guests. Very spacious 3BR/3BA with high ceilings, and free WiFi. Parking for 6 cars per side available. Outside shower, Weber BBQ grill and storage with ice maker located on ground level.

As you enter the spacious first bedroom, it will include a King-size bed, ROKU TV and en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen & bunk bed with closet for storage. The hall bathroom(shower and tub)can be accessed from the second bedroom and hall (perfect for guests using the hall built-in bunk beds).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The bonus laundry room includes a full-sized washer & dryer, counter space and shelving. Wet bar next to kitchen with free standing high capacity ice maker. Kuerig and coffee maker in kitchen.

Gather in the living room to watch the game on the large ROKU TV. YouTube TV service provided in each unit living room, with all streaming services available on your own personal account (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc).

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with premium mattress for ultimate comfort & relaxation. There is a ROKU TV. The master has an attached en suite bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower with 5 shower heads. The double vanity is large with ample cabinetry for storage plus more space in the adjacent closet.

Great views of the beach and gulf from the private balcony accessible from the living room & master bedroom. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees.

For guest security, we have installed a security camera at the unit entrance.
