Close to family-friendly attractions like Titlow Park and just a short drive from downtown Tacoma, this spacious home is also thoughtfully furnished for full family comfort. The main portion of the home features an accommodating three-bedroom layout, but there's also a ground-floor ADU complete with a separate entrance, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer for complete flexibility. Private home highlights include a hot tub, an enclosed yard, and a furnished deck.

The main living room is designed to showcase the amazing views of the Sound with an updated sectional facing the windows and a telescope provided for nighttime stargazing. There are also a ton of books available for your perusal. The impressive main-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare home-cooked meals.

On the ground floor, you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with a sink, a coffee maker, a beverage fridge, and a mid-size dishwasher, plus a dedicated laundry room and a TV lounge/living area.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
