Enjoy your family vacation in our stunning 1400+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8. Conveniently located on the first floor. Completely updated condo with all new beds, bedding, living room furniture, appliances, window treatments, fans, smart TVs, and patio furniture.



Upon entering the foyer there is a bench with hooks which is a great place to kick off your flip flops, set down your beach bag, and hang your beach towels at the end of a fun-filled day at the beach, pool, or lagoon. The large well-equipped kitchen has a walk-in pantry and easy access to the open dining and living areas. The bright, open, and comfortable living room, features a large flat-screen television with DVD player, and a dry bar. Free high speed internet is available in the unit, along with cable television. The dining table has seating for six and is a great place for a relaxing meal or playing cards and games. The spacious bedrooms offer plenty of storage with double closets and oversized dressers. Each bedroom has a 55” flat-screen television. This unit is equipped with a king size bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed with a set of bunk beds in the third bedroom. There are two updated bathrooms and a laundry room containing a full-sized washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. The large covered balcony comes with a sofa and two oversized swivel chairs that overlook the pool and is a great place to have a meal or relax and enjoy a view of the ocean.



The complex has two large pools, along with two kiddie pools for the little ones. Just steps away and across the narrow, lightly traveled West Beach Blvd., is the Sea Oats private, deeded beach access. Sink your toes into the white sand beach where the sights, sounds, and amazing sea salt smell of the Gulf of Mexico await you for a fun-filled day of sun, playing in the sand and surf, or fishing from the shore or just down the beach at Little Lagoon pass. Enjoy walks on the beach anytime of the morning, day, or night. On the back side of the 8 acre complex is Little Lagoon which is a great place to fish, boat, kayak or just enjoy the beautiful view anytime of day, but especially the breathtaking summer sunsets. A boat ramp, boat slips, multiple docks, a fish cleaning area, and a covered grilling and picnic area give a whole new dimension to your beach vacation. It's lake and beach living at its finest. Tandem parking for 2 vehicles is located under the unit (parking fee included in price). There is also parking for boats on a first come, first serve basis. Your vacation oasis awaits you in the beautiful, laid back, family friendly town of Gulf Shores...Small Town, Big Beach!



The condo is dog friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax (dogs ONLY and 40 pound weight limit, per Sea Oats HOA rules).
