Welcome to our home! A spacious living room greets you as you enter, and the open kitchen invites socializing with the adjoining breakfast table and family room. Enjoy the serene screened in patio/deck that overlooks our backyard and the elegant dining room that awaits your gatherings. With 5 BRs providing private sanctuaries, a perfect blend of entertainment (5 smart TVs) and comfort awaits your stay!

All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor along with the 2 full bathrooms - one at the top of the stairs, and the other accessible through the master bedroom. The half bath is located on the main floor near the kitchen.

Although the house is a 3 level single family home, there is no access to the basement and garage as they are spaces which are not included in this listing (no one will be present in either of those spaces during your stay).

The house is around 4.5 miles (10 minute drive) from Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 2.5 miles (7 minute drive) from the Silver line Metro - Innovation Center Metro Station.

The neighborhood is directly connected to the W&OD trail for quick access to a great biking, running, and walking trail.

Safeway and Food Lion are 1 mile away for quick access. Wegmans, Trader Joes, and Costco are all just a 10-15 minute drive as well.

If you like to cook, the following appliances, in addition to the standard kitchen appliances, are at your disposal: Drip Coffee Maker, Cold Press Juicer, air fryer, toaster oven, pressure cooker, and Anova sous vide with a polyurethane bin for the water bath.

Numerous breweries are very close and some top wineries are a short drive away.

Family Time

The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, near many shopping areas. It was perfect for our family time together with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Parts of the house are in need of repair, while others seem brand new. There is plenty of space for family members to gather, watch TV, and play games. We especially appreciated the spacious dining room.

Great Safe Location, not a bad drive into DC

This property was well kept and had plenty of space with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! They're in the process of adding a washer and dryer which will make this place a perfect place for visiting DC and the surrounding area. We would gladly stay here again if we visit DC. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper as well as kitchen supplies. And it's only 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. It was great!

In need of TLC

Pros: - Nice quiet neighborhood and neighbors - 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows - Plenty of kitchen tools and dining wear.Cons:- This property is a bit rough/tired/neglected. The lawn was very overgrown, the rooms are way overdue for some painting, the blinds in nearly every room are broken, the carpets throughout are beyond a need of a good clean and the rest of the finishes are old. The door to the bathroom doesn't shut and is therefore, unusable, with anyone around. - The owner was also not available to address any issues or the incessant beeping from the smoke detector battery alert in the locked basement for two days making the first floor unusable and we were forced to just stay out of the house or off that floor. - The back patio is screened in but the screens are ripped and the door doesn't shut so there are birds living on the porch, making that a less than enjoyable space, as well.- There's also, evidently, a decibel meter on the property so you can't entertain any larger crowds. Totally understandable in a quiet neighborhood but any future guests should be aware before booking. For the price, we were very disappointed.
