Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Good Neighbor Policy: All guests shall abide by Tidewater's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Smoking or Pets: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises, and no pets are allowed.

Events and Age Requirement: No events, parties, or large gatherings. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

Fees and Photo ID: Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Vehicles: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle on premise. Motorcycles and RV's of any kind are not permitted in Tidewater.
