Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed and is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door that allows light to pass through while offering a sense of privacy. In the living room, a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two, making the layout well suited for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.
Living space
Large windows frame both ocean and city skyline views, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. After time exploring Waikiki, you can unwind with the TV or stay connected using Wifi and Ethernet. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space to prepare meals at your own pace, complete with full-size appliances and cooking basics. A dining table seats four, creating an easy setting for breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home.
Bathroom & essentials
The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and hot water, along with bathroom essentials. Towels, bed linens, and everyday essentials are provided, and paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the private patio or balcony to take in sweeping views of the Pacific and Waikiki skyline. Outdoor furniture and a dining area make it easy to enjoy breezy mornings or relaxed evenings above the city. Beach essentials are available for your time by the shore, with shared beach access placing the coastline within easy reach.
Building amenities
Guests have access to a free parking garage on premises with one space, along with an EV charger - level 2. The building features an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna, as well as a shared BBQ grill: electric. An elevator, self check-in via keypad, and single-level layout add to the ease of your stay. Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.

The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

Fabulous Location and Property Management
The location is only a few (3 clocks) from the beach. You are almost right un the heart of the shopping. We slept with the air off and patio doors open ever night. It was fantastic.We were coming in quite late, so I emailed property company for some instructions as we were renting a car. They responded promptly and included our parking instructions and where to go along with the code. Excellent experience.

Unit was great, hall and building a bit dated
We loved the location, and the unit itself, but the hallway and front door were worn out and did not do justice to what was inside.A note to future travellers, the listing is accurate so if you are expecting a dishwasher, there isn't one (and it isn't in the listing). And the laundry is a common one on each floor, not in the unit itself.The pool wasn't very busy, but the two hot tubs were always full. The sauna was great!
