Bay Town Studio offers couples secure private patio access for you to relax and explore the beauty of the region at your own pace. The studio features a modern aesthetic, with a pristine private bathroom boasting a spa-sized, rainfall Carrara marble shower—an oasis of rejuvenation after your Northern Michigan adventures.

Amenities provided, including a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi, and TV, ensure your stay is both convenient and enjoyable. For your excursions around the bay, take advantage of complimentary beach towels, chairs, and a cooler—everything you need to make the most of this idyllic location.

Additional Details:
While this is a king master bedroom with ensuite in our home, guests will not share space with homeowner as they have private patio entrance with lock and key access. This space includes linens, shampoo/conditioner, handsoap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. We also offer guests beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler to make the most of their stay in TC. Please note our dog Yzie is on the property and may bark when greeting you. She is friendly and fun!

We have safe, secure parking in our private alley lot. Our neighborhood is a beautiful walk through unique homes, large trees, and quaint parks and stunning beaches.

We are in the heart of Traverse City on historic Washington Street. Just a short 20 minute walk takes you to all the shops and restaurants Traverse City has to offer. We are just 2 blocks to the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay, Bryant park beach. Grab your complimentary beach gear and put your toes in the sand in minutes.

The place was so clean. Great bedding & the bed itself was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicer than my bath at home with plenty of great towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet paper. We had 90 temps all weekend & we stayed cool while inside. Check-in was smooth, communication was top notch & check-out was a breeze. We ran into the owners & their sweet dog in the driveway a few times & they were super nice. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs & cooler. There was even a little Ice cude tray in the mini freezer. Although we didn't walk anywhere due to the heat, it was centrally located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This was a perfect little spot for our anniversary weekend stay.

Bay Town Studio - Cozy location walking distance from downtown

We visit Traverse City a couple of times a year. After staying at Bay Town Studio we realized we have been missing out on a beautiful and peaceful part of town. We love to walk and enjoyed the lovely homes, gardens and parks as we walked to the downtown area. Our accommodations were prestine and Jody is an awesome host!

Great location

Jody is a great host! The property is conveniently located near the the wine trail and Bryant park - perfect swimming and sunset spot. The place is clean and has an amazing shower that you don’t want to leave. We will definitely return!
