This home is part of the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a friendly resort comunity just seven miles north of Kennebunkport. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with waterfalls, a fire bar, firepits, a community center and clubhouse with a fitness center, and a 68-acre nature preserve with hiking trails winding throughout. There is a game room for the kids with air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard.The community sits adjacent to the Eastern Trail (a 65-mile section of the East Coast Greenway) and only 23 miles south of Portland.
After a day of sunbathing on the beach or swimming in the community pool, come home to relax and unwind outside on the back patio. There's a gas grill for afternoon barbecues and an outdoor dining set for sunset dinners overlooking the neighboring woods.
Built in 2022, the cottage boasts a wonderful sense of ease and polish, with plentiful windows and central air conditioning throughout. Prepare your favorite meals using stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and spend the after-dinner hours curled up on the sofas, playing board games, and streaming movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.
