Summer is coming quick!! Still a few prime weeks left. 6/3-6/11, 6/18-6/25, 8/24-8/31, 9/30-10/7….Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage all one floor. Sleeps 5, open concept living room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed and TV, guest bedroom with queen size bed. 2 spacious bathrooms. Queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Linens included. For renters with little ones, there is a pack n play as well as a portable high chair. Open concept living room with smart TV and fireplace. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal. For a day on the beach we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Relax on the patio with the grill, table, chairs and umbrella. Beautiful gated community with resort amenities. Unwind at our nearby clubhouse, where you can access two outdoor heated swimming pools, foosball, ping pong, Air hockey, bocce courts, and horseshoe pits. The fitness center helps you stick to your workout routine. If you prefer to be outdoors you can enjoy walking around quiet neighborhoods in our gated community or venture out to hiking trails. Have fun sitting by the fire pit or the fire bar and enjoy a few cocktails. If you like mini golf it’s one minute away. Only 12 minutes away from Dock square, Kennebunk and kennebunkport center, close to local beaches, and delicious restaurants. Dock square is known for its wonderful restaurants and great shops.

If you love Christmas then come stay and experience the 43rd annual Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport. This year the dates are Dec 5th-Dec 15th, 2024.
During the Prelude in Kennebunkport, you can watch Santa Claus arrive by lobster boat during the annual Christmas Prelude, and there are many other festivities hosted throughout the holiday season. One of the best places to celebrate Christmas in New England, the town is picture-perfect, especially with holiday lights and a dusting of snow, ideal for photo-ops, while seashore holiday trolley rides, wine tasting and lobster bakes are hosted too. And don’t forget leaf peeping season. Lots to do and experience!!!!!

The cottage is so beautifully designed with every detail attended to so travelers want for nothing. It is incredibly relaxing,peaceful and quiet which is just what we needed. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much Lisa!

Magical visit for Christmas Prelude

My family and I had stayed at this lovely home back in June and loved it so much we thought it would be great to come back for Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude. The house was just as perfect as the first time (and we really enjoyed the fireplace this time around) and Lisa was amazing with providing helpful advice about the prelude.

Lovely Setting; Easy Living

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. I can't say enough about our stay, except I want to, so it won't be hard to rent next year. :) It was very, very clean and was charmingly decorated. While we had a bit of a learning curve with the TV, the owners were gracious enough to drive up and bail us out of our confusion. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Convenient kitchen with everything we needed and more. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, with its overcast skies and rain preventing enjoyment of the pools, that's Maine. It happens. There was so much else to do, it didn't matter. We're readers, bringing sack loads of books to choose from. If I suggested anything, it would be reading lamps. I doubt most people come to read, however. Thanks so much, Lisa and Sephano

If I could rent it for three of the four seasons, I would. 10 stars

Immaculately kept property. Well stocked, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. We absolutely loved the way the cottage was decorated. I told Lisa we had to find the table they put the coffee station on. All the choices they made created a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything about it was perfection. Great location too. We absolutely loved it!

Everything you need and more

We were extremely pleased with the cottage as it was exactly as the owner described it. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We were able to cook and bake in the kitchen which was fully equipped and we loved the glass containers for leftovers. Wish we could have given it ten stars **********

Welcome to our cottage, we hope you enjoy your stay! Arundel is a great location to relax and unwind. In the cottage you will find a fully stocked kitchen to cook in or if you like to grill go out side to the patio sit and enjoy nature. If you don’t want to leave the complex you can just relax with the resort like amenities. Sit by one of the two heated pools, play games or sit and read in the spacious club house. The fitness room is spacious for work outs. Enjoy time by the fire pit or fire table with friends, and take a beautiful hike on the Eastern trail. If you’re looking for more entertainment just 15 minutes down the road you will find local beaches and lots of shopping in Kennebunk center. Eat at some of the most wonderful restaurants and take in the beautiful sites. We hope you enjoy our cottage as much as we do.
