As of Spring 2026, the condo has been updated with fresh finishes and thoughtful upgrades, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere we are excited to share.
As you step inside, you are greeted by a newly updated kitchen that blends style and functionality. Outfitted with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, and a brand new drip coffee maker, this space makes preparing meals simple and convenient. Plenty of cabinet storage allows you to easily organize your groceries, and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including cookware, utensils, cutlery, and glassware. If you prefer to dine out, the resort offers several onsite options, and you are just minutes from countless restaurants throughout Myrtle Beach. Delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also readily available.
Positioned just across from the kitchen, the bathroom has been tastefully upgraded to offer both comfort and style. It features a shower and tub combination with a decorative tiled backsplash, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity sink. An additional separate vanity area contains a closet large enough to store empty suitcases and hang clothes, making it easy for everyone to get ready without feeling rushed.
Moving further into the condo, the main living and sleeping area offers a relaxed and welcoming layout. Two queen sized beds are arranged side by side with an end table and lamp between them, creating a cozy and functional sleeping setup. Across the room, a dresser provides convenient storage for your belongings. A newly added dining table offers a great place for meals, morning coffee, or a casual game night.
Just beyond this space, a small sitting area creates an additional spot to unwind. A loveseat paired with a coffee table offers comfortable seating, while a brand new 50 inch TV on an entertainment stand and an accent chair round out the space. It is the perfect place to relax after a day spent enjoying the beach.
Step outside onto your private oceanfront balcony and take in the incredible views of the Atlantic. With seating available, it is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the waves, or wind down in the evening with a peaceful ocean breeze.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed. Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy. Dunes Village Resort does not allow pets. Pets are not permitted at the resort, or inside unit #347. The minimum age to book this property is 18 years of age. Limit 4 guests.

We had stayed in Dunes Village Resort a number of years ago in a "regular" room belonging to the resort. This trip we booked a room thru Vrbo. The unit was very nice.

Very pleased will return
Property was standard MB hotel room. Two queen beds, sofa, chairs, tables. Dual sinks were nice when getting ready for the evening.
Property is centrally located. 5-10 minutes to wherever we wanted to go. Pools and water park were awesome. Kids had a blast.
Property was more clean than other MB properties we’ve frequented. Plenty of chairs and towels at the pool. Staff was around to clean messes.
Beach access was easy.
Would recommend and will return.

It was enjoyable
My son and daughter enjoyed the resort. Only complaint that we couldn’t get towels from the hotel. It was an easy fix I washed them. But my son who is 8 really had a blast. And my 22 year only complaint was the drinks. Overall I had a good time

Poor standards for cost
I would warn others about staying and reserving with this company - Casago. The room was completely dated, 1980’s at best. Coffee maker, bathroom fan, sink wasn’t working correctly. Got 4 small towels for a family of four for four days and when asked for additional we were told it would cost 25 to replenish because it’s a third party that has to come out. When making them aware of all the issues we were told they hadn’t had these complaints before. Cost and value just don’t add up.

This property is in a great location and has wonderful ocean views. My family of 4 stayed here for 5 days (my husband, myself, our 4 year old, and 10 month old) and my 4 year old had an amazing time with all the amenities for children. The room was clean overall however we only received 4 towels and 4 washcloths for the week. We arrived on Sunday and by Tuesday, we had an ant problem. Luckily the closet had a brand new vacuum and I was able to keep the room cleaned up to keep ants away. I was also constantly removing trash from the room to try to keep ants away. I called on Thursday to Casago and they were willing to send someone out to spray for ants but since we were leaving Friday morning I told them it wasn’t necessary and I would keep doing the process I was doing. I also inquired about towel replacement and you must request new towels for them to bring any extras. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this particular room again just because I would like housekeeping services without requesting them so I will book directly with the property but I would say we had a good stay.

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this. Guests agree to the following upon booking: *Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival. *We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time. *Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this. *Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees. *Guests must NOT sublease the unit. *All house parties are prohibited. * No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs *All guests must abide to the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located. *Amenities that are listed MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available. *Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this. *All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest. *The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a "starter pack" of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used. *This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges. *All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Late Checkout charges. $25 for the first hour. $50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees. If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: We cannot personally guarantee the allowance of motorcycles or trailer on site. We cannot provide additional parking passes for these if they are lost.
Breaking House Rules - We will charge an additional $150
Wifi - The Wifi is operated by the resort not by Casago Myrtle Beach. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
Key Cards: There will be additional charges for any key cards that are not left inside the room. The instructions for the key cards will be provided in the welcome packet sent to your email prior to checking in.
RESORT MANAGEMENT Casago Myrtle Beach and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.
Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
