Parking:
On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. This is strictly enforced. No parking of auxiliary or over-sized vehicles.

Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.The name on the credit card used must be the same as the name on the reservation .

CONSTRUCTION:

The pool, direct beach access, and other outdoor amenities remain closed as the crew continues to make repairs following the 2022 hurricane season. Closest public beach access is a 3-minute walk from the property. As of mid-January, seawall debris was removed to make way for the remaining demolition of the remaining pool deck and installation of a new seawall. Within the property, demolition was complete on 48 units and all HVAC systems. Externally, temporary roof repairs were completed to mitigate any further damage and the property is undergoing any assessment for the permanent roof repair requirements. The property has also undergone an assessment of the exterior skin and coating repair requirements to protect against the harsh sea air. The resort reopened June 16, 2023 to accommodate guests, however access to the pool, beach, and outdoor amenities will remain closed as the crew continues to make repairs to these areas. The amenity construction is expected to be completed in early 2024. Guests may be impacted by noise from construction throughout the project.
