Cute treelined street in the center of Northern Liberties.
Close to local shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, the Fillmore, North bowl, standard tap, comedy clubs, Delaware Ave, Penns Landing and everything someone visiting Philly would want to see. This property is in a prime location.

Close to i95, public transportation, and easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and safely.

Northern Liberties is amazing for families or friends. There are parks close by. The waterfront is close and the neighborhood is so so charming. We love it here and hope you do too.
No parties. Please strip beds and leave all used sheets and towels at the bottom of the stairs. Please empty trash cans and leave the trash-bags in the trash cans in the yard alley. no loud noise or loud music after 11pm. Guests are limited to the amount on the reservation. This includes anyone entering the property for any amount of time.

A $20 fee per visitor is required for all guests after 4 people regardless of if they are sleeping at the property or not. For security purposes the property does have exterior cameras.

Guest are encouraged to communicate with host if any special accommodations are required or issues arise. Any alteration or tampering with sidewalk security features will result in a $250 fee.

No glitter and/or confetti allowed. Cleaning fee is $300.

Early check-in is $40/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.

Late check out is $100/hour, on best efforts, and must be pre-approved at least 48 hours in advance.
