Recently renovated and taken over, this bright and clear loft-style flat is a real summer treat. Large Roman windows facing south, situated right by the residents' 25 meter pool, with another, cosy 45 sqm chill-out pool under coconut palms for the relaxed ones.
This exclusive residential, of course, has its own tennis court and light gym. The 100 meters walk down to our naturally protected bay by our private road is already a treat for the soul, while the bay offers crystal clear waters, an abundant marine life, and amazing ancient underwater ruins. The Byzantine coastal road invites to endless walks through an ever changing sea side landscape.
The nearest supermarket is 4.5 km away, and grocery delivery can be arranged for. Three restaurants are in walking distance, and of course a fully equipped kitchen is yours to cater for your beloved ones.
This complex consists of only 25 lofts and penthouses, and a family feeling among tenants and residents is fully included. It's a destination you will long return to.
