Great location right on top of the cliff by the sea

We had a great stay here. The position of the apartment, directly overlooking the the sea is pretty much unbeatable and was key for us. It also within walking distance of 2 or 3 bars/ restaurants the closest being the Eagles Nest a couple of hundred yards across the cove. The apartment itself was adequately furnished with everything you need, some of the equipment/furniture is getting a little tired but everything works ok. Chris, the owner is very quick to respond, we had a couple of minor issues and he replied within minutes and things were put right immediately. Denise who manages the property locally is also very approachable. All in all it’s a very peaceful place, with great views over the sea and to fall asleep listening to the waves.

Amazing location!!

We loved our stay here . The sunsets are beautiful and the coastline just 10 metres away is incredible . The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night

Splendida posizione

L'appartamento gode di una bellissima posizione fronte mare, peccato che sia un po' trascurato. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il wi-fi attualmente non c'è, ci è stato detto che c'è internet via cavo, ma per chi viaggia è piuttosto scomodo. The apartment has a beautiful se a front location, unfortunately it is a little overlooked. The kitchen is well equipped. At the moment the wi-fi is missing, may be there is cable internet, but for travelers it is quite unconfortable.

Questa casa è meravigliosa!

Siamo stati io e mio marito in questa splendida casa, ci è stata fatta un'ottima accoglienza; l'appartamento è ordinato, molto pulito e fresco; (è talmente sul mare che non serve neppure l'aria condizionata, è sufficiente utilizzare talvolta il ventilatore)...la casa è ben organizzata e non manca di nulla. Da queste vetrate e dal balcone è possibile godere di meravigliose albe e splendidi tramonti. In prossimità della casa vi è una spiaggia deliziosa e molto comoda, quasi riservata...a poche centinaia di metri qualche locale per cenare o fare delle piacevoli colazioni. Fantastico anche il rapporto con il proprietario dell'appartamento che si è prodigato per farci partire con moltissimi consigli utili sia per il nostro viaggio a Cipro che per il soggiorno nella sua abitazione. Consiglio questo luogo a chi ama la tranquillità, il mare bello ed i bei luoghi. Spero di tornare!...Piera

A little piece of heaven

You get exactly what's described on the tin. Absolutely fabulous, clean and tidy and well maintained. The owner and agent went out of their way to make sure we had all necessary information to make our stay in this area as good as it could get. To go to sleep and wake up every day listening to the sound of the waves breaking is truly amazing. Would definitely recommend hiring a car and exploring a little bit further afield as driving into the mountains is amazing. There's 5 local bars, Steve's which has good entertainment and food, Eagles Nest which is a stones throw away. Barbaros the owner and his son make you feel so welcome. Seabreeze Restaurant was not quite as welcoming but the food was good. Roots bar is a 15 minute walk and only do kebabs on a Friday and Sunday but it's a relaxing bar and the live music is worth going for. We didn't venture to Charlie's Bar but we heard it was good for the big screen and football. Would definitely recommend this property to people looking for a relaxing holiday (you could sit on the balcony, read a book and while away the day) with the option of exploring and finding things to do if they want to.

Прекрасное место!

Большое спасибо Крису за возможность провести наш отпуск в этом прекрасном месте! Чистейшее море с прекрасными пляжами, живописные горы, минимум туристов и вообще людей,рестораны с блюдами из только что пойманной рыбы - это именно то, чего нам хотелось. Обязательно вернемся сюда, рекомендуем !

Retired petroleum geologist in early '70s. Bought 2 apartments in Northern Cyprus in 2009. Also have 2 demi-ski chalets in the French ski resort of La Norma close to the Three Valleys available throughout the year.

Location, location, location! Peaceful location where literally all you can hear is the sound of the sea, wonderful views, unspoilt area and good local restaurant (Seabreeze). And its not on some huge complex although the down side is that there is no swimming pool. As the location was so good I originally bought off plan from a very good local developer and very pleased with the result.

Peace and quiet and absolutely stunning views, a bit like being on an ocean liner! Also always a refreshing sea breeze.
