Each of the two stylishly furnished bedrooms offers a serene retreat, and the additional sleeping space can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The highlight is the phenomenal private terrace, providing stunning ocean views and a wonderfull space to enjoy the very best of Mexico.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the condo and the complex's impressive amenities. These include a 10,000 square-foot infinity pool, a private beach club, on-site dining options, a mini market, a gym, a Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis courts, and a nearby PGA Pro Nick Price golf course.

The apartment comes with private parking and offers the convenience of a washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and the complex amenities during your stay. Excellent amenities include an enormous 10,000 square foot swimming pool, direct access to the beach and beach club, on-site dining, mini market, gym, Zen garden with Mayan sculptures, tennis and paddle courts and nearby PGA Pro Nick Price golf course!

Restaurant in the pool area which can also offer room service to the apartment.

In the pool area you will find several free amenities for your use such as hammocks, sun loungers, chairs, tables, children ammenities, restaurant, bar and all the wide and long beautiful pool.

There is also a gym near the main entrance to the complex, right where you will also find the SPA (additional charges apply) and a mini super for any emergency thing you have forgotten.

For tennis lovers, at Mareazul Beach Resort there are two tennis courts with synthetic grass floors and for golf lovers in Corasol there is the "El Gran Coyote" golf course, the course was designed by Nick Price and its opened since 2011.

Getting Around:
Situated within the gated community of Corasol, you're just a short drive or taxi ride from the vibrant 5th Avenue in downtown Playa del Carmen. The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches, fine dining, shopping, and nightlife. The adjacent Corasol Beach Club and the proximity to major Riviera Maya attractions enhance your stay with endless entertainment and exploration options.

If you rented a car, there is free parking in the secure and private complex.

Other Things to Note:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
