Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided for a hassle‑free experience.
Living space & outdoor
The generous living area flows naturally into the dining space and full kitchen, creating a central hub for meals, conversation, or relaxed evenings in front of the TV. A small patio just off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet moment after a day of exploring. Community amenities include a pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and shared grilling areas, all set within a friendly, gated environment.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals or snacks at your own pace. A breakfast nook and a separate dining area provide options for casual breakfasts or sit‑down dinners, making it easy to start the day relaxed or gather together after a day out.
Added conveniences
A washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace keep daily life smooth. Free, unassigned parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis in designated visitor spots. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock ensures a seamless arrival, and the property welcomes pets, so your furry companions can join the getaway.

Nestled in Lutz, Florida, the home offers convenient driving access to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding residential area provides a calm backdrop while keeping you within easy reach of dining, recreation, and major roads, making it simple to explore the Tampa region or simply enjoy time together indoors.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
