Let our fully renovated and professionally decorated two bedroom, two bath condo be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories! Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches. With over 2000 feet of white sand beach frontage, there is plenty of room for beach chairs, sand castles, and playing in the sand and surf. Condo comes with in unit washer and dryer, wifi access, and cable TV.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper. Combined these can easily accommodate 6 people.

Property Highlights
The Majestic Sun provides access to two pools, a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter) and an outdoor pool with a hot tub, a gulf front fitness facility, and gorgeous beach access. The Majestic Sun is also a part of the Seascape Resort which gives our guests access to the amenities provided by Seascape, including 5 additional outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf. The condo complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive—within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, and many dining options.

Right on Miramar Beach & close to the Moon Crush concert venue!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for us as it was right on the beach and only a block or so from the Moon Crush concert venue. This unit is exactly as pictured and while it is not brand, spanking new it was very comfortable and clean - making us feel right at home.The owner was very accommodating with providing all the beach extras/equipment (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) for our use - all of which were available right in the unit. The in-unit washer and dryer was so very nice to have to clean up swimsuits, towels and such after a long day at the beach. And, the communication, prior and right up to checking in, that was provided by the rental company - and the owners themselves - was top notch: timely, thorough and very informative of not only the unit and property but the surrounding area as well.We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will be back. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very nice. Only a short drive to anything you want to do. This was my grandsons first time to the beach. He is 4 and loved everything about it.

Very unhappy with the pool at Majestic Sun. This is of course not anything the owner of our unit could control but the pool was dirty, the water cloudy. We had to drive to another pool on the property. The condo itself was nice however the washing machine gave us some issues but eventually we got it to work. Also the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was wobbly and made alot of noise. We did call the property management office and left a message and didn't receive a call back so that was frustrating. The rest of the condo was pretty good. The beds were comfortable however the living room couch was very uncomfortable. They were very generous in providing alot of extra beach towels, beach toys, etc and provided more than most do as far as kitchen needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole place was in need of a thorough clean. Bedding was stained and while sheets have been washed, the comforters clearly have not in a long time. Pillows smell of mildew. Sheets are torn. Carpet is crunchy. Baseboards have a thick coat of grime in many areas. Hair and wads of toothpaste from former guests in bathrooms. The location is amazing. View is amazing. But I didn’t want to touch anything.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve used 3D rentals in May 2024 so we didn’t hesitate to use them again. We were willing to look past the broken patio handle and even the mold on the bathroom ceiling. We even considered extending our stay. However, when I stripped the bed for check out o discovered that the mattress cover was covered in stains from both body fluids and blood stains. It was gross. When I reached to 3D they simply replied thanks for letting us know so we can take care of it. We rent units about 8-16 weeks a year in Destin but will not be using 3D rentals any longer.
