Welcome to our cozy winter retreat in the heart of Burlington. Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our fully equipped home featuring board games, video games, and a cozy book collection. Sink into quality beds, and whip up meals in our fully equipped kitchen
A perfect launch pad for exploration, our house is at the mid point of Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ontario Wine Country and Hamilton. Dive into the charms of delightful Burlington, or easily venture off to nearby destinations.
- You`ll enjoy completely private access to the entire main floor of the house including all area shown in the photos (entire back yard, back deck, patio, hammock, and gardens)
- Fully appointed kitchen with various appliances for home cooking.
- 3 bedrooms: King suite, queen suite, and bunk beds.
- We have a crib and an extra bed in storage for guest convenience. Let us know if you need them. Our cleaners charge a fee of $25 and $30 to set it up
-Baby bath and high chair are available upon request (free)
- Dedicated workspace equipped with a computer.
- Gaming options with Xbox Series X and Super Nintendo, featuring a large game library.
- Well-stocked coffee and tea station for your enjoyment.
- Extensive collection of board games and puzzles.

Only the main floor of the house is included, not the lower level. You will have private access to the main floor, driveway, the back deck and backyard. None of these areas are shared with anyone. The basement of the house is not included and we may be staying downstairs during your stay. It is separated from the rest of the house with a separate entrance. This ensures complete privacy for your family during your stay. We have house rules of quiet hours from 9pm-7am.
You have full privacy when using the house. You won’t see us unless you need us. You will be able to access the house yourself via a smart lock. I am available anytime via the VRBO app.
Nestled in the Mountainside neighborhood of Burlington, it’s quiet, safe and family-friendly with lots to do.
The neighbourhood has a serene ambiance with Mountainside Park just across the street, providing a beautiful forest and nature trail for leisurely walks.
It also features the Mountainside Recreation Centre, boasting a massive swimming pool and waterpark. There’s also many restaurants, a movie theatre and an escape room all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the location and quiet surroundings. Our welcome book will ensure that you don’t miss anything!
Our home is centrally located in Burlington, in a perfect central location to visit downtown Toronto and Niagara Falls!
There’s quick access to all major highways and it’s an easy walk to restaurants, activities and shopping in the area. If you’re heading to Toronto or Niagara Falls, the GO Station has regular inexpensive trains and is just a 5 minute drive away.
All guests are asked to not listen to music or make loud noises between 9pm -8am
The pool and splash park are open from early June to early September
House Rules:
1. No parties or large gatherings
2. Please remove your shoes inside
3. No loud noise from 9pm - 8am
4. No pets
5. No smoking inside and use ashtrays outside
6. Please be careful with our white oak floors, avoid spills/ scratches.
7. Local government regulations require that guest`s provide their home address and agree to the house and neighbourhood rules prior to arrival.
Failing to agree to and follow the house rules can result in reservations being cancelled without refund.
SNOW AND ICE:
Our cleaners shovel as part of the preparations for your arrival.
In case of snowfall or ice during your stay, we do not provide snow removal service
-A shovel is outside by the fdoor for your convenience.
-If the walkway gets slippery, we have sand and a scoop in a bin by the door.
-By booking, you understand that you will need to manage snow and ice during your stay. We assume no liability for slips and falls,
