The villa features an indoor heated swimming pool with diving board, attached bathroom & sauna.

It also offers a 1000sqft recroom with pool table and bar, as well as a formal dining room with 12 seating capacity and family room with 75” TV + Netflix.

As you enter the villa you walk into a large resort style foyer with 18 feet high ceilings, 5 skylights, double solid wood stairs, marble floors, wood stove fireplace and bar.

The large fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a walkout to an outdoor patio with barbecue grill for dining with gorgeous views.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and multiple balconies on the upper floor.

The grounds boast of flat land, beautiful ponds as well as Bronte Creek flowing through.

Every room on the estate has large windows with beautiful views of the changing landscaping. It is the perfect retreat to watch the seasons change.

This villa is the ideal location for family stays, company retreats, yoga retreats and more.

Private retreat yet close to the city. Plenty of hiking trails close by as well as grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, cafes, banking and more. Only 2 km’s to the 407 hwy, Bruce Trail, 15 mins to the Burlington waterfront at Lake Ontario, 15 mins to the Royal Botanical Gardens, 40 mins to Niagara Falls, 30 mins to Pearson International Airport and close to so much more!

Great Family Vacation

We had 9 of us on the trip and had plenty of room. Our grandkids had more than enough room to run around and play, inside and out. The pool, sauna, and the billiards table were a lot of fun. The host was great and very attentive when we had a question. I would recommend this home for sure. It's a beautiful location that seems somewhat isolated, but the grocery store, etc. are only 5 minutes away.

Beautiful location with great views

My family of 8 were here for our 2nd annual Thanksgiving getaway and loved the amount of space and truly enjoyed the beautiful autumn views. The house is on a large off the road property, but the stores/town were a quick 5-minute drive away. The house is older and could use a few modern upgrades but was overall an amazing weekend.

Great property for large families

We rented this home as we were all out of town guests for our daughter’s wedding in Burlington. We were very happy with the size of the home….so many rooms allowed different members of our large family to enjoy quiet times or large group discussions. Children of all ages enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard table. Although decor is dated, would highly recommend…especially for large families who want the opportunity to spend time together without being cramped.
