Sitting on the deck was wonderful all day with strong cool ocean breezes. We watched the clouds around Mount Nevis in the afternoon and the stars after dinner. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by Franklyn, and we made a forever friend in Midnight, the cat, who kept us safe all week!

The pre-visit information was incredible. Everything explained and so many great local recommendations. Very roomy and private! Although we were alone as a couple, it would work very well for two or three couples traveling together. Loved the location and amenities. So charming. The pool was amazing; we took full advantage. We brought a concern about the outdoor shower to our host, and it was addressed immediately. The beach lounge, honor bar, and waterside seating were a bonus! Unfortunately, the sargassum was bad during our visit, making the swimming and snorkeling at Turtle Beach impossible. However, we understand that is beyond anyone's control. Fantastic property, wonderful hosts . . . we would definitely return!

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this place. Ricky and Penny were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make this a vacation our crew will never forget. Their communication was absolutely top notch from booking through departure. The detailed information they provided regarding visas, rental cars, sites, activities, and restaurants was very much appreciated. The house is beautiful and well appointed. All three bedrooms in the main house have en suite full bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 6. If there are more amazing views of Nevis anywhere on St. Kitts, I’d love to see them. The views from the living area, pool, upstairs bedrooms, and multiple patios are truly postcard worthy. We didn’t utilize the beach house much on this trip, but it’s an easy 5 minute walk down the road. We’ve been back home for a couple weeks now, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about planning a return visit!

Great house and location

Stayed with my wife, 2 sons and their wives. It was an amazing view, house was very well setup for 3 couples. The beach cottage was great and we had a great time walking to the Reggae Bar/Cockleshell beach.

A Perfect Peaceful Getaway

Ocean Song Villa was everything we could have hoped for in a quiet, relaxing vacation with family. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views that made our stay truly special. The villa is well-maintained and offered all the comfort and space we needed. Views are so spectacular and the house is so beautiful you may not want to leave the house. Great hosts! Don’t miss Friday night lobster fest at reggae Beach bar, and for a special occasion make a reservation at Orchid Bay.

Great stay, amazing views

We had a great week at the villa, everything was perfect. The terrace,pool and seating areas are outstanding - we spent most of our time outside and used the BBQ a lot! The beach lounge was a brilliant added bonus, we were able to use it on our check out day. We would definitely stay again!!

If you are looking for a family or friends getaway, you need to experience this villa. The villa it's self is full of history and local culture. The view of Nevis will take your breath away as you relax in the infinity pool. It's a very short walk to the secluded beach with your own private lounge. The host, Ricky and his house manger, Franklin made sure we had an unforgettable experience.

Remote paradise

The view and property were amazing. The owners had a beach front lounge with an honor bar which was truly an added bonus. They were on site and were very helpful with local info. One recommendation is to make sure you get a rental car due to the remote location and not easy to get taxis.

St Kitts Paradise

Ocean Song Villa-St. Kitts

Penny & Ricky were great hosts and answered all of our questions (before & during our vacation). Ocean Song Villa was beautiful from both a location and layout point of view.
