Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom condo on 103rd St - steps to the beach and Atlantic ocean! Located in the Atlantis building, this 17th floor unit offers great ocean front views, easy beach access, and an outdoor pool. Open the windows of the enclosed oceanfront balcony to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing on shore. The enclosed balcony provides some extra space for your family or group to spread out in regardless the season or weather.

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king-sized bed and also has access to the enclosed balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds and a twin trundle so you can sleep 7 people comfortably. The living room has a queen sleep sofa if needed. Including everything you should need for a great vacation, the unit has Cable/High speed internet/wifi, a washer/ dryer, plus a full kitchen. Other building amenities include one parking space, an elevator and 24 hour on-site security. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City there are many restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores close by. Right next door is the
Ashore resort, with an ocean front restaurant, a walk-up bar, live music, and a pub.

**There is a $60 Atlantis non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive one parking pass, etc. Credit card only, no cash. Any extra vehicles will be $15 a day or $65 a week**

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $117.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
