INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES
A resort-style swimming pool with a slides and deck seating is available at the Bella Vida Resort community. The clubhouse also has a hot tub, splash park, playground, and fitness center (Regarding resort amenities, please note that our organization cannot assume responsibility for their availability. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).

Guest access
Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.
You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.
Other things to note
Guests are required to register in the gate system.
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Video Cameras: There is security cameras placed outside of the property, it is the doorbell camera facing the driveway. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):
-Pool heat ($40 a day)
Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
-Grill Rental
BBQ Grill (included per stay and $65 per propane tank)
Please send your propane tank request 1 week before your arrival.
Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

Check in and check out
-We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic
Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival
Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities
-We have a firm check-out time at 10AM
We cannot provide late check-out

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

We take your health and safety seriously. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, and we follow all CDC and WHO guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.
