Wow! I had no idea any of this occurred as I was not notified of any issues. This review is the first I am hearing about and it’s unfortunate as we are not far and could have easily rectified the sofa issue. I open it it every time I clean to ensure there is no food or dog hair from previous renters and it has always worked for me as of recent. The bunks are safe and have been used by many male and female adults with no issue or cause for concern. The circuit breaker is above the couch fully exposed so not sure why it took so long to find and why we weren’t notified if that was an issue. Again, easily could have helped with that. The attic was not tended to due to having adequate sleeping space on the main level and being in your 50s ,as you had stated to me ,I didn’t think you would find it very comfortable up there. Although I am 50 and wouldn’t mind it. I am sorry it wasn’t suitable and I only wish you would have reached out to make it more comfortable. My husband and I are very responsive and only want our guests to have a great relaxing stay.

I am sorry you felt the dishes were dirty. We do not go through the dishes when we clean but that will be what we change in the future. The floors are slanted yes, it’s on actual tree stumps and a very old house. We bought it and some of the floors are not done as we would have done it but with the slant it’s difficult to fix lol just don’t drop a pencil. The steps are not the best and we do have fixing them in the works it’s just waiting game at this moment for someone to come out and do them. I will make sure to be more specific in the future about them but they are safe. Mice, yes,unfortunately they find there way and even in my house that’s not as old has this house and it’s frustrating and something we definitely try to get rid of. I was certain there were still garbage bags and paper towels and I apologize as that is usually provided. Coffee filters are not as most people have used the keurig but will definitely provide those as well in the future. It’s a cozy cottage for sure😁 I appreciate all of your feedback and even in the summer the view is amazing as there are saplings not full trees blocking view.
