Youâve found the quintessential 30A vacation! In the Seacrest Beach community of Scenic Hwy 30A sits Lighthouse30A, a serene getaway offering a spacious layout perfect for family groups & extended âworkcationsâ. This isnât just a vacation rental, itâs our vacation home. And we want our guests to enjoy all that our beloved Lighthouse30A has to offer! We are excited to provide our preferred amenity and activity providers, and local hidden gems: shopping, dining, offshore and bay fishing charters, the best farmerâs market finds, top salons, even sunset beach bonfires.
As for our home itself, it is located between Rosemary and Alys Beach communities. The flexible layout makes it ideal for multi-generation or multi-family groups. Itâs got what everyone needs â a game room to keep kids entertained, a private balcony for mom to read in peace, a shaded spot for grandpa to sit on the porch, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living space where everyone can gather and make memories.
Guests will have access to Seacrestâs massive 12,000-square-foot private community pool, private deeded beach access, and great walkable restaurants and shopping. The home is within walking distance to the pool, beach, shops, cafes, bike paths, & nature trails so you won't need to drive anywhere while you are here. The community also has a seasonal (Mar-Oct) shuttle service that picks up about 25 steps from the homeâs front door providing easy transportation to the beach or pool.
Want to explore? Ride the 4 bikes provided along Scenic Hwy 30A or in any of several magnificent state parks in South Walton or other beachfront neighborhoods like Rosemary Beach.

This is a multi-level home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 decks.
1st Floor

âą Bedroom 1: A master king bedroom off of the main living area with ensuite bath (separate hallway entry for guests).

2nd Floor
âą Bedroom 2 - A multi-bed room with a King, Full bunk beds, and an optional Twin trundle. The room has its own ensuite bathroom, remote working space, and opens onto a private balcony.
âą Bedroom 3 - This Full bedroom features a remote working desk and access to another private balcony. It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
âą Bedroom 4 - This is the bunk room with 6 twin beds. Kids love it!
3rd Floor
âą Bedroom 5 - This King suite has its own Smart TV, work desk, balcony and bathroom.
âą Game Room. Complete with foosball table, Mini Pac-Man arcade game, coffee station, wet bar, and direct access to a large balcony with polywood Adirondacks and High-top chairs.
Kid-Friendly
We know vacationing with children can add some added layers for parents to think through. So weâve set up our space to accommodate kid (and parent) needs as much as possible.

|THE COMMUNITY|
Seacrest Beach is an idyllic community, considered one of the âbest kept secretsâ of 30A. Tree lined streets. A safe, serene energy. A vibrant retail village with quaint shops, great places to eat, and live music. And, of course, the 12,000 square foot pool AND deeded beach access. Then thereâs Crabby Steveâs, one of 30Aâs only waterfront tiki-bars. Youâll also find a grassy amphitheater with year-round entertainment like festivals, concerts, private events, and day-time activities like Bocce or Frisbee.

Walkability
Itâs the walkability that really makes the area so alluring. Especially since Lighthouse30A is so perfectly positioned. Thereâs really no need for a car rental. Evening strolls to grab an ice cream are a guest favorite.
Too much beach gear to carry? Thereâs a seasonal tram that runs throughout Seacrest Beach dropping off and picking up guests at the beach and Lagoon pool.
Remote Working
Seacrest is the kind of place youâll want to stay for more than a week! Itâs a true âsummeringâ community. Weâve anticipated that many of our guests will be treating their stay as a âwork-cation.â So weâve installed great internet (530mbps) and have set up several âworkingâ areas with deskspace and comfortable seating. For several weeks out of the year, we even work from the Lighthouse30A ourselves.

âą Home does have an outdoor security camera at the front door and an inside noise/crowd-gathering sensor (no recording).
âą 25+ age minimum with an adult-to-teen ratio in place. Guest screening may be required.

|WHERE YOUâLL BE|
Located at the end of the street, Lighthouse30A is in a low traffic area. Itâs especially quiet, making for a truly relaxing stay. Seacrest is situated with Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach to the east and Alys Beach to the west. Thereâs so much to explore just a few minutes away.
|GETTING AROUND|
The entire 30A area is designed to be incredibly walkable and bikeable. And rideshares are available. Everything you could want to visit is either east or west down 30A.
