Cute place! We re-booked another week!

We stayed here while we were in town for work and loved the place so much we rebooked for another couple weeks! We wish there were 2 showers upstairs but its no big deal. Its a nice place and a good location in town!

Nice unit close to lift

Very comfortable and nice amenities. Hosts are very nice and respond quickly to any questions. Also gave us recommendations for things to do.

Another amazing festival weekend in Telluride. We did Imogene pass and the hot springs in Ouray too. Loved the place and would come back!!!

Great Location - Misleading Listing

Overall, the place was good. Except for the fact that this is listed as a 3 bedroom and there are most definitely only 2 bedrooms. The wifi also does not work.

Nice property and great time.

Good location on the river halfway between the gondola and lift 7. Pleasant path along the river to the goldola approximately 10 minute walk. Convenient town bus. Property is small but comfortable with nice view located on 3rd floor. Good amenities. Would rent again. The unit is located near a stairway with elevator on the other end of the building. Make sure to make dinner reservations ahead of time or go out early.

Great location

We loved our stay...very clean and convenient to everything! The only thing I would change is the living room. The sofa is not comfortable at all, and the side chairs aren't either. After skiing, you want to just plop down and relax in a comfortable space, and we ended up relaxing in the bedrooms instead of the living room. Overall, the place worked out great though for us. All the other amenities were perfect!

Really nice place

Clean well-appointed apartment, nice decor, fully supplied kitchen. Keys provided are not well cut - do not work for dead bolt and require fidgeting to work on door knob. Lock box key was the only reliable key. Kitchen cabinet over sink does not stay closed; requires jamming to stay closed.

The only thing I would comment on is that the listing didn’t indicate that there would be construction, so no pool and no guaranteed parking. We couldn’t find parking more than half of our visit. That said, the property managers were very timely with all responses to my inquiries. I would just have preferred an update on these 2 items prior to arrival and an opportunity to cancel if needed based on the unavailability of those things. Otherwise, a very clean, well kept property. This is just an FYI to the owner not for publication - I wouldn’t want to say anything to negatively impact future rentals for this property.

very nice

Accommodations were very nice and convenient walking distance to downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocery store, hiking trails, etc. Lots of windows, so nice and bright and we opened some of them at night to help things cool off inside. That was a definite plus. We really enjoyed the residence and would rent there again. Finding parking in Telluride can be difficult....the Viking lot was full upon arrival so we had to park elsewhere, which was a challenge in itself. I was surprised at how congested the town was with cars. Having said that, it was week of July 4, so maybe to be expected.

Disappointing

When we arrived a bit early we were granted access. The Viking building is in a great location and the corner unit had great views. That’s the good stuff. When we arrived we were putting away our provisions and I stepped on broken glass on the kitchen floor. I had thick socks on so no injury thank goodness. The cleaning crew forgot to leave any kitchen towels or hot pads. it took hours to get the towels delivered but no hot pads. The couch in the main room is broken and extremely uncomfortable. The queen bed upstairs needs replacing along with the king bed. We all woke up every morning with backaches and shoulder pain. There is no fan in the king bedroom bath. There is a sky light but no way to open. The kitchen area floor rugs are a complete tripping hazard and way past due for replacement. We spent 4 night and paid close to 5k. I expect better.

In town for film festival

We were in town for the Telluride Film Festival and the condo was in an ideal spot for getting to the various venues easily, as well as all of the many restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and well-stocked, and communication with the owner was simple. I would stay there again:)

Location great. This is not a condo for 6 adults, 5 max. Unit can use a renovation: carpets worn and dirty, water pressure bad upstairs. Building can use a reno: wood falling off windows and hot tub loosing tiles. Invited Home contact was great

Perfect Telluride Condo

We loved staying here in mid September. The condo was great and looks just as shown in the pictures. Walkable to the restaurants, shops, and gondola! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for my dad and I to stay for a few days. Parking was included, and we were able to walk everywhere--shopping, food, and numerous hikes. The unit itself was extremely clean and welcoming! Toiletries were provided, along with a washer/dryer unit--which was a bonus. Hope to come back some day!

Perfect Accomodation

The apartment had everything we needed. There was plenty of room as there were only 2 of us. The bedrooms are so spacious and we both loved the skylights with no curtains. It didn't interfere with our sleeping. We actually managed to use the balcony a couple of times. The view to the mountain was great.

Would Definitely Stay Again

This property was perfect for our needs. It was a quick walk along the creekside path to the Gondola so it's location was very convenient. The home was wonderfully appointed, with all of the kitchen necessities, comfortable beds / sheets, a good pull-out couch and soft, fluffy towels!!! We loved our stay here!

Amazing Property

Renting this property was wonderful. The only complaints were that there were not any shades for the light coming into the bedrooms (for sleeping purposes). In addition, the maintenance guy who works at that property kept painting the railings daily without a sign stating “wet paint” and several of us got paint on our hands due to not knowing this. We loved being here though - and wait to come back next year.

Cozy home right in the Town of Telluride!

I loved this cozy Telluride home because the location was amazing and I did not have to get in my car once to drive somewhere! Very well furnished, comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook a few meals. I most enjoyed sipping my coffee on the deck every morning and soaking in the mountain views right out front! I would absolutely stay here again, so easy!
