Property nice, manager/owner rude
I booked this through VRBO and immediately realized that I only added my husband and I and not my two children. I messaged the property owner/manager who called me and asked me how much I paid for my stay and went on to state that it was done incorrectly and asked me when I would be paying the rest of my balance. He was advised that that he needed to discuss that with VRBO and that the conversation was very inappropriate, I also advised him of four people staying in the room, in which he reported “you do know this is only a two bed unit”
and in return he was advised that the listing stated it could accommodate four people. When we arrive to the location, the Wi-Fi was requesting a password. The documentation that he sent stated that you could just “log on” when I text to inquire about the Wi-Fi. He proceeded to tell me “it’s in your documentation” rather than answering the question. After I reviewed the documentation again and could not find the information he was notified that this information was not provided . He asked me if the system was Netgear in which I did not respond at that time. He sent a password for me to attempt to access which did work therefore I did not need or want to communicate with him again, at any point during my stay. His behavior stressed me out from beginning to end!!!!!!
