The Saint was very clean, and the property pictures are extremely accurate. The place is well stocked and there is parking.The hosts have made the interior very pleasing and comfortable. We had a great time. Right now there is a tremendous amount of construction around the area, so we used Ubers wherever we went. Also, our party consisted of four seniors, so if you are of an age where climbing steps is difficult, you should know that there is one bedroom on the ground floor and the other three are on the second floor. It was very easy to contact the host and they were very gracious.

Worked perfectly for two families visiting Charleston. There is a little noise from the interstate, but it didn’t really bother us and they provide sound machines.

Great location off of Upper King to explore Charleston. Covered parking is a huge bonus in a city where it can be hard to come by. We would recommend to friends and family!

Great location and perfect for our group!

We stayed in Charleston for 4 nights with a group of 6 for a girls trip and had the BEST time! House was great and the neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again when visiting Charleston.

Friends birthday trip

We had a group of friends stay for a long weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space for 8 people. Good location, walkable to many bars/restaurants but also very easy to get an uber if needed. Would stay again!

Our Host was absolutely fantastic from friendliness to excellent and timely communication. The house was beautiful, each bedroom had so much charm that each person in our party was thrilled with their quarters! There were 7 of us total and we were never crowded. The living room space accommodated all of us! And we were never more than 10 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to visit! We will be coming back for another stay!

Perfect for our week long girls trip to Charleston. We could walk everywhere we wanted go. Ubers were easy also after a long day exploring and shopping. Home was missing nothing that we needed. Host was responsive and very accommodating!

New House in a Historic City!

This was an absolutely perfect stay! The house was new unlike so may of the downtown homes. The AC worked perfectly and location could not have been better. A+ housekeeping team, the place was spotless!

The house was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very convenient to everything. Be sure to checkout Island Provisions, Chubby Fish, Mini Bar, Barsa and The Daily! The host was quick to respond and provided helpful suggestions. We will plan to return.

Charleston Charmer

Stayed at this property as a Fall Break getaway with teenage daughters. The house was great - clean and spacious and well-decorated. Main pro though was the location as it was walkable to all the shopping on King Street, and was just super convenient all-around!

Good location and cute home in downtown Charleston. Good value for the price. Advertise as new but showed some use and wear and tear. Kitchen did lack some essential cooking utensils and amenities for cooking and coffee making (no tongs, measuring cups, no creamer or sugar). Air conditioning was unreliable and would not cool below 72. Wish there were mirrors aside from the bathroom sink and house could use a good dusting and thorough cleaning (found false eyelashes on walls, chunks of dust on walls and dirty hand prints). Kleenexes and hand towels would have also been nice.

Great Wedding Weekend!

We came from all over the country for my daughter’s wedding. The house was in a great location to walk around and explore charleston. We enjoyed sitting around in the living room area. Many friends visited in the mornings and we had space for them all. It was a wonderful VRBO!! Very clean!!

Great place for a group. There were only 3 of us, but could accommodate more. Had an issue with dishwasher not starting, but called property manager before we headed out for the day and when we returned that evening it had been repaired. We enjoyed it tremendously. Only suggestions are some rug grippers to hold down rug corners (to prevent tripping) and a full-length mirror downstairs.

Gorgeous townhome

We stayed a quick 1 night, but wish it could have been longer! This townhome is beautifully done, with spacious living space and rooms. The YourPad communication system was quick and helpful. Even got a free bottle of wine from a local shop! The only reason I rated location 4 stars is there’s so much construction going on right now. It was noisy starting at 7:30am. But all in all a great place for any group, including families with small children.

Spacious gathering area

We had an amazing stay. The living and kitchen areas had plenty of seating so our family could gather and be together. Parking is at a premium. There is only 1 parking spot at this location and it was very difficult to find additional parking without paying a ton. There is a parking lot 50ft from this property that charges 25/day. The parking expires at midnight so the fee gets charged again. All of the surrounding streets require a resident parking permit.

Spring break getaway

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, comfortable and clean. The location was close to great shopping and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were helpful and provided everything we needed. No complaints with the check in process and we had no issues during our stay. There’s lots of stairs at the house which wasn’t an issue for our group but may be for others. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only downside was the construction noise which started early in the morning. We were gone each day during the afternoon and evening so didn’t have to hear it then.
