The property was well appointed, especially in the kitchen. It was nice not having to run out and go buy salt, pepper and other spices that we forgot to bring. The views from the property and dock were really nice. There were split temperature controls in the house, which aided in making the environment comfortable.

Everything was wonderful at this rental! We loved the porch and wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the hike down to the lake. What a treasure. Can't wait to return!

This cabin was hard to leave. It was better than listed. I honestly believe we would have been happy just hanging around the cabin the entire time. The interior was beautiful and everything was thoughtfully laid out. Every morning we started our day with coffee on the porch looking over Nolin Lake. We also really appreciated that the owners left a binder full of helpful information to make our stay more comfortable. It's not far from Mammoth Cave National Park, which is why our family traveled to Kentucky in the first place. There is also a restaurant near by called PJ'S that has the absolute best catfish!

Beautiful cottage which was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Great view of the lake from the porch. Perfect jumping off point for Mammoth Cave National Park. Would highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay with our family . Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the large patio every evening . The house had everything we needed. We will for sure be back .

Beautiful view! Loved the fireplaces and firepit. Didn't need to take my extras for the kitchen on this trip. Only drawback was no tv in the bedrooms but that was fine. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect place

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The owners truly thought of everything. We went into Mammoth Cave two days and although it’s a bit of drive it wasn’t bad at all with our two kids. They loved the property as did we! We have already talked about when we can come back.

Relaxing get away

This cottage rental was the best out of the two we rented this week. Reasonable cost for stay and very laid back. Area surrounding had lots to offer also. We will definitely be telling all our fellow Michigan friends and family.

Well done retreat

This is a stylish little gem with a spectacular view. If you are ready for some outdoor time with a bonfire by the lake, this is your spot. Everything about the listing was accurate and check-in was a breeze. The location is somewhat remote and it was about a 40 to 60 minute drive from all of our planned destinations, but don’t let that discourage you.

Exactly what i was looking for

Beautiful property, very clean and modern. The view of the lake is outstanding and the outdoor fireplace is wonderful and equipped with outdoor speakers. Everything was updated, and comfortable. Will absolutetely stay again if im in the area!

Spring break getaway

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The home and setting were absolutely beautiful, and the weather was perfect. We were all able to relax and recharge. We drove over to Mammoth Cave National Park every day for some hiking and a couple of cave tours. The home had everything we needed to make our own meals and we enjoyed the fire pit every evening. Can't wait to come back!

We loved this place! Pictures do not do it justice. The porch with the view is amazing. Everything in the house was spotless and very modern. The 4 of us do a lake trip every year staying at different places around Nolin Lake. This is our favorite so far! Even has an outdoor shower. We had some issues with the refrigerator and Brandon responded immediately!!! We def give this place 4 stars.

Beautiful views of nature!

We absolutely loved this cozy house, and it was spottless, very clean! The view from the porch is amazing! Our family ate every breakfast and supper on the porch. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy nature! And if you feel like you need to get your steps in head down to the lake access, my kids loved spending time on the lake. They even loved the outdoor shower, it was used daily. My 6 yr. old son said he was ready to stay there permanently! 😆 Hands down one of the best vrbo's we have stayed in the last 5 years!

Adorable Cabin!This cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and adorable. It’s exactly what we needed and was just as described in the listing.We enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the sunset over the lake, watching a movie at night and the quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy. The pillows are pretty firm, but comfortable. If you prefer softer pillows, maybe bring your own. It’s about 40 minutes to Mammoth National Park, so keep that in mind. We preferred to have a scenic view over proximity to the park. Many of the recommended restaurants in the immediate area are not open on Monday or Tuesday. Some are seasonal and were closed during our visit. We were able to venture out and find a cute spot called PJs. Just something to keep in mind while planning. You are in a rural area, so brining snacks, breakfast etc. is a good idea if you don’t want to drive to eat meals. The only small critique we had was that the shower never got hot, it was warm. Overall this is an amazing cottage and would highly recommend a stay here.

This was our 2nd year at this cabin and we will be back for a 3rd. The place is beautiful and cozy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need along with everything for the washer and dryer. We live on the patio most of the time we are there taking in the views. Each day we trekked to dock to swim. Brandon is always available for any questions you have. The sound system is awesome and I encourage people to figure it out. It’s worth it. Beds are comfy and cabin stay nice an cool after a hot afternoon on the water. We love it! Awesome get away for my family of 4. The whole property was better than we anticipated. I am glad we brought a portable cooler/refrigerator with groceries though. There aren’t a ton of options for groceries in the area. That kind of made it even more fun though. The lake was clean and great for swimming. The kids had a great time!
