Host was easy to get a hold of and quick to reply. Great location to everything in Orlando area. Large house with enough rooms and space for things. Quiet area in the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was a great base for us for both Disney and Universal, with both being less than 30mins away. The place was big and held our family of 4 with no problems and communication with the host was excellent.

The pool warmed up Thursday of our stay. We could actually feel the warm water then coming out of the area in pool. We did find several items broken. Minion room blinds were broken. Disney room they wouldn’t go up nor down. Carpet stains in lower levels bedroom. Under the couch cushions were very gross. Kitchen numerous dishes chipped Lots of skid marks on molding in hallways upstairs. Several switches appear to not be hooked to anything. We never were able to turn on light in foyer.

The air conditioning was great along with the pool. The beds were way too hard for my family. We would definitely stay again though.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amazing place!

Absolutely loved this place! So spacious and clean and the water park is so fun!! I will say we had to get toilet paper and coffee as that wasn’t in the house but other than that-great stay!!

My family and I went there for my daughter’s dance competition and visited Universal and Disney parks. The resort was closed to all of our attractions. The townhouse was decent. The resorts pool was very cool and we enjoyed the lazy river. We were upset that the coffee pot didn’t work, but we had a great time.

Everything about our stay was a 10! The property is beautiful and the pool was perfect. Communication with the host was thorough and they were very helpful! Storey Lake is conveniently located and has exciting amenities of its own.

Nice family house

Good sized house for a family. Has a plunge pool, we didn’t use it because it was too cold and we didn’t want to pay for heating for the amount we would have used it. No instructions on how or where the air conditioning controls were, and at times we could have done with cooling the place. Had issues getting access to the place as we didn’t receive details until we we nearly there, and because we didn’t have mobile Wi-Fi we struggled. I would use again if we go with family.

Mixed feelings

The actual building, rooms, bathrooms, etc. was great for a family of 7. However, there were not kitchen linens, only a small roll of paper towels, 2 dishwashing machine tablets, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, no wash clothes, and two trash bags. For a 6 might stay with 7 people. After I contacted them, they said we only get a "starter pack"??We didn't get our address until I asked them a day before, we didn't get our gate codes until 15 inures before we arrived and we didn't get trash take out information until the 2nd day.I use VRBO consistently and this was by far the worst experience. Very frustrating as they did not give the full set of instructions before we left.The air conditioner was not working fully, so my husband checked the filter. It was disgusting, No wonder it wasn't working. The contact person said they would tell maintenance. No one ever showed up. In addition, the place sleeps many people, but the frying pan was 6 inches across. People obviously rent these places with an intention of cooking, since it is a large party. Very difficult to do. We will not be booking this place again.

Nice resort, but mediocre home rental

Pool heat was cold for first day. No dish cloths or dish towels were included so we had to purchase. TVs seem to be complicated to turn on. Pool lights weren't working. It also didn't seem to be very clean compared to other pools we've had in Florida. The fridge and freezer were not cooling properly during the 11 days so we lost a ton of food. Four jugs of milk had to be thrown out as well as yogurt, cheese, meat, frozen veggies, etc. All of our frozen popsicles, treats went in the garbage because they were mush. we understand fridges can go, but not having proper refrigeration for 11 days is a long time. Asked for a temporary fridge, but no answer. We think someone came in to repair the fridge the last day we were there. Couldn't use a can opener because it broke so canned food is out of the question. Ate out a lot more because we couldn't properly prepare meals at home, which was an added expense. Years ago we stayed at another vacation rental and the fridge was replaced immediately when it broke. Our car was hit when it was parked in front of the house. The headlight was damaged. No cameras to see who might have damaged it and no note left. We asked for a reimbursement of 150 for the food that went bad and they said they could only do 100. It has been almost 3 weeks since we left, and we still haven't received the reimbursement. Asked multiple times in order to get answers, but unresolved. We've never had to be in contact with owners more in any of our stays.
