Sweet Bay features ample outdoor space including a big covered porch with a tranquil screened in living area and a stunning rooftop sun deck. Upon entering, you are greeted with tall ceiling, an open floor plan, coastal chic decor and all the amenities you'll need for your beach vacation. The living area has a large L-shaped couch and big screen TV - perfect for a family movie night. The open dining area has a large dining table and flows right into the gorgeous, modern kitchen.

The primary bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet, a desk/workspace, and a large shower with a rain shower head. Upstairs you'll find two large bedrooms and a bathroom, joined by a second living area. Open the door and step out onto a very large and open sun deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy it at nighttime with the string lights under the stars.

Tucked in the back, surrounded by shade trees, is a fully screened, large outdoor living area that is perfect for entertaining, or relaxing listening to Mother Nature. There are no homes behind Sweet Bay. Out front, there is a large driveway, carport area with a pergola and a private outdoor shower. The lush landscape provides ample privacy.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the car port and driveway. Generally, 3-4 cars will fit. Street parking is not available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
