We've stayed here for an annual April trip the last 3 years, and we always enjoy the experience; great areas inside and outside, and our grandkids are in the Spa and Pool three times a day.

The home and the space was perfect for our group. The salt water pool and spa were fun for us and the kids. We fished a little right into the canal and spent some time on the kayaks and playing ping pong in the game room. The home is beautiful with plenty of space and in a really nice location. Rob was very quick with communication!Some of the outdoor stuff was worn from the weather elements( deck, some chairs) but the owner has plans to get it all fixed up!We really enjoyed our stay there!

River dream

The house is in excellent condition. Great location on the river. It is close enough to Homassasa State Park to kayak to the park.Kayaks are provided. I hope we can stay here again.

Beautiful home!

Host was amazing with communication and was quick to solve (and save the weekend) an air conditioning issue! House was beautiful and a great location to the springs! Has everything you need for a vacation on the river! Would definitely stay here again!

Rob was very communicative and prompt. The house was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We even got to see manatees out in the canal on a few days! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was and stairs that there were some boards on the back deck that were loose, and my mom even tripped over one of them that was coming up. But otherwise a truly lovely time. Would gladly stay again.

Memorial Day Weekend!

We had a blast with family and friends for Memorial Day weekend! The house had the perfect setup for kids and adults! Also, Rob was easy to communicate with throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for family reunion

Our family has been visiting Homosassa for over a decade now and this home made for a great stay. It’s on a canal with a long dock that made it easy to pull our boats up. The owner also has kayaks that we used for a short paddle to the springs for a swim. I was also happily surprised to see how much my kids and grandchildren used the pool. Overall - a great stay!

Beautiful Home An Elevator!!

I have stayed in a number of VRBOs but this one was a true 10/10. Not only was Rob very helpful and accommodating but the house was wonderful. Everything that you needed was supplied; the most well stocked vacay home I have ever stayed in. So convenient to everything. Our family had a wonderful stay. We have two grandchildren in wheelchairs so the elevator was a blessing. Thank you, Rob, for a wonderful stay.

Relaxation and Manatees

This was exactly what we needed!! The house had everything we could need. Just being able to relax, swim and kayak all week was amazing. Saw lots of manatees when we were kayaking. Even had a mama and baby right off the dock! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful for the one time we needed help.

We book the same type of lodging every summer and can honestly say the pictures do not do the property justice. It seemed like we were the first family to ever stay there. Everything was very comfortable, meticulously clean and in working order. interacting with the property manager was smooth and Dani was always very helpful and quick to respond. Incredible!

We were so impressed by this property and the communication with the property manager. It fit our party of eight beautifully, with room to spare. The dock was perfect for our boat, and we had a wonderful time out on the water scalloping. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties, and this is the first time every single member of our group said they couldn’t wait to come back. Beautiful home, gorgeous backyard area as well. We would love to come back in the winter when it’s cooler and really enjoy the outdoors.

Everything we were looking for

This house was very comfortable for 4 couples to spend a long weekend in Homosassa. We brought our boat up from tampa and it easily fit on the dock. We loved the screened in pool and were sad we didn’t take advantage of the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make a delicious scallop pasta from our hard days work. Industrial ice maker outside is very convenient and a nice touch. Good locations between the spring and the town. About a 40 min run on a boat to the gulf. Host was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Beautiful Florida getaway

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home on the canal. We were in/on the water (some kind) every day, several times. On the whole the house seemed clean/well maintained. We did have a small issue of an overlooked coffee pot & with the jetted tub lines not being clean. We did struggle with the digital lock some, but our host was able to help. The pool (saline) was an absolute joy, but could use a resurfacing treatment. The spa was also lovely, though if it had jets we never found the button. Use of the kayaks and pfds (along with canal access) was one of the best parts. Our crew included 3 couples who took the upstairs rooms, the 3 youngest kids used the bunk room & a hideaway cot the teen slept on the pullout sofa in the downstairs lounge/tv room. It worked well for us. Would rent again. Thanks!

All I can say is WOW! I am soo glad we stayed in this home! You are literally in the springs on a quiet canal with some of the absolute BEST neighbors that loved waving and talking with our kids while we went by on the boat! The home was outstanding! VERY clean and well stocked! Dani went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and to think of every little detail with amenities to keep the entire family having fun and relaxing! Couldn’t have asked for a better house and host! Plenty of personal space but if we had a question she would immediately respond to help or answer any questions! If you are looking to truly enjoy Homosassa in luxury and worry free with everything at your finger tips then look no further and book this house YOU WON’T REGRET IT! Absolutely 5 Stars all the way around!
