The seasonal shared pool mentioned in the listing is a private shared amenity exclusively for A Family Tradition and its sister property, Neverland. The pool is not open to the public and is only shared between these two neighboring lodges, offering a more peaceful and uncrowded experience for our guests.

Traveling with a larger group or planning a family reunion or group getaway? A Family Tradition has a neighboring sister property called Neverland (4BD), making it easy to book both homes together for additional sleeping space while staying close to one another. Guests who reserve both properties enjoy shared access to the pool and the convenience of being just steps apart, while still having the privacy of separate lodges. Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
